3 bed 2 bath Ocean Front - Departure cleaning & linens included - 7 DAY DISCOUNT

Happy Jack's Flip Flop Inn" is a Non-Smoking - 1st floor unit with unobstructed views of the ocean and refurbished beach. We prefer Saturday to Saturday rentals, but can be flexible at times, so please drop me a line. Please note there is a 25 y/o age requirement.


There's a 65 inch flat screen TV in the living room, flat screens in all bedrooms, a leather couch, new washer and dryer, MAX & Prime TV subscriptions and the fastest internet available. It is the largest 3 bedroom direct center unit in Hyperion. Departure cleaning and linens are included in the quoted price. Parking is on the ground floor directly below - avoid the elevators and take one flight of stairs to condo. In 2021 we did $20K worth of renovations including new floors, ceilings, granite countertops, flat screens and more.

We rent only during the months of (partial May, June, July, August)It is extremely clean, well cared for and has better grade items than most rentals you’ll find at the beach. Stainless steel “look” appliances, 22 cubic foot bottom freezer refrigerator, flat screen TVs, full size washer and dryer. Additional features include a bar, ceiling fans in all rooms; wall mounted hair dryers in all baths and great closet space. The large ocean front balcony can be accessed through full view sliding glass doors from either the living room or master bedroom. The balcony features 2 bar height tables for eating, 7 bar height chairs and stack-able chairs for extra seating.

Hyperion Towers is a seven floor, 38 unit, masonry building and has 2 elevators, a large sun deck, outside pool and grilling area. Parking is ample with both open and covered spaces available. This Non-Smoking unit is comprised of three (3) bedrooms and two (2) baths. The master bedroom has a new king-size bed, second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a convertible bed. Sheets and towels are provided.

Again, this is a Saturday to Saturday rental with a 25 y/o age requirement and sorry, no pets and again NO SMOKING. Any violation will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
Cherry Grove Beach is recognized as a secluded but convenient, quiet family environment. Anything you need for your stay from groceries to hardware, beach toys to beach drink is no more than 3 miles away and the tourist “hot spots’ are just 20 minutes South via the by-pass, minutes away from fishing, casino boats, golfing and Calabash, NC the 'Seafood Capital'

Great place to decompress with my family for a week. Far enough away from the busyness but close enough to anything and everything. Accommodations were as described. Well-appointed, comfortable and the whole process from beginning to end was super easy. Can’t wait to go back!

We had an amazing stay at our condo. It was so nice to be able to spend time on the balcony looking at the beach with plenty of room for the whole family. The condo has everything a family would need to feel comfortable at their stay. The hosts were quick to respond to messages and we had no issues with our stay.

It was as described, and ideal for 4 adults and 2 children. Very close to beach and easy access in and out. My only negative comment relates to housekeeping. There were no tea towels and whilst there were plenty of pillows, only 2 pillowcases in master bedroom. We would stay there again.

This particular unit worked well for us. We had my elderly in-laws with us and the short walk to pool / beach was perfect. It was clean and nice. My only minor cons were the lack of supplied 'beach' items that most other beach rentals have and the fact that we HAD to pay a damage deposit and a damage insurance plan.

Great place to stay

We have a great time. Everything was as it was described. Ideal location on the beach and away from crowds. Condo had everything we needed. The owners left a bag with essentials which was greatly appreciated since we arrived a little late that first night. Maybe some extra towels would be the only thing I would suggest. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and would recommend to anyone. A+ rating from me.

Nice condo but furniture and bathrooms are outdated and need replaced. we had to scrub the showers before we would get in them with bleach. Kind of sucks you can’t upload pictures or I would show you the shower bands that were glued in the shower. They were disgusting.

Great Location

Everything about the Condo was as advertised. The owner was available and responsive to any questions and concerns. Very nice and helpful owners. Unfortunately for us, Tropical Storm Debbie decided to visit our area. Mr Marks remained in contact with us with any news regarding the storm and any information from the building admin as well. Ultimately we decided to vacate the area prior to the storm due to the flooding warnings etc…. Mr Marks was very understanding of the situation and has remained in communication with us for a possible return. I really couldn’t recommend a better place to stay or owner to rent from. I would personally like to thank Mr Marks for his cooperation and help. Highly recommend this unit for your stay. Just yards from the ocean/beach with a great view from the balconies, living room and bedroom.

Great location, wonderful owners!

Our family of 6 (3 teens and grandmother) stayed here the 1st week in July and truly enjoyed this condo. We were on the balcony every morning and evening and enjoyed watching the fireworks shot off from Cherry Grove Pier. There was ample room for everyone to spread out, and being right next to the walkway to the beach was a big plus. Jack and Denise were so easy to work with, and the welcome bag of supplies was very thoughtful. The kitchen is really well stocked and was spotless. The bathrooms were unfortunately not as clean as the rest of the condo, so I cleaned those upon our arrival. I know I could have called Jack & Denise and they would have fixed the situation immediately, but we were eager to settle in so I chose to do it myself. Covered parking is a plus, but we also enjoyed having the overflow lot across the street. Like all beach condo parking I've ever seen, spacing is tight, so sometimes we just parked our large vehicle across the street for the extra room! Everyone we met at Hyperion Towers (owners and other guests) were so friendly. We had a great week!
