Centrally located on the Santiago Peninsula and a short walk to La Audencia beach, this home is well positioned with stunning views from all bedrooms and outdoor living spaces. All bedrooms are very spacious with their own private bathrooms. Because the home was built into the hills to afford such spectacular views, there are some steps in between the bedroom floors. Our property manager will meet and greet you upon arrival and is readily available if questions about the home and/or area. Cleaning, pool and grounds maintenance is included - extra cleaning and meal service at request. This home is conveniently close to all Manzanillo's amenities and a short taxi ride to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Indoor living spaces include air conditioning in bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and streets are well-paved and lighted. Relaxing, comfortable, bright and cheerful, this is a vacation home you'll want to return to again and again.

Great views of the golf course and the bay

We enjoyed our stay at Patricia's house is Manzanillo. the house although a bit older, is very well maintained and super clean. The local manager provided a great welcome and all the info we needed. The house is comfortable, but it is set up over several floors with quite a few stairs to get from one part to the other. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall a very nice family vacation.

Well Maintained - Great Views

We were two couples who desired a home that had the bedrooms separated from each other and with queen or king beds so that one couple did not have to sleep in double or twin beds in one of the bedrooms. There was also a small bedroom with a queen bed located off of the garage. The rooms are separated by a set of stairs. The house is tastefully decorated. We noticed that some of the art was done by one of the owners. The pool is small with a large fountain but it is definitely big enough for 4 to 6 people. There is more than one level of outside areas and are well set up for dining or relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped and also as a small sitting area to watch TV. The owners were always in communication with us quickly when we had a question. The property manager also answered quickly and also arranged for a masseuse to come to the home. The home has views of the golf course as well as an ocean view. We really loved the set up of the home, the different levels of the home. We would definitely recommend this home to adult couples and would have no hesitation to go back.

We love exploring different areas around Manzanillo, fishing, hiking, boating, eating at the friendly and fabulous restaurants and walking the many beaches of Manzanillo. We hope you enjoy our vacation home as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Manzanillo welcomes its visitors with a true Mexican experience. Not as touristy as other destinations, Manzanillo offers beautiful beaches, and all amenities one could need (grocery, open markets, great clinics & hospitals, scrumptious restaurants, hiking, fishing, kayaking, boating, whale watching, horseback riding, etc.) Our vacation home is in a great location for it's very close to all Manzanillo's amenities and we can walk to the beach.
After a day at Audencia beach, many moto taxi's are available to take you back to the house. There's much to explore and take in, one week isn't enough!

What makes this property unique

True Mexican experiences and culture with open markets, artisans, many beach areas and gourmet restaurants, but with modern conveniences such as a Sams Club, Super Walmart, Home Depot, major hospital and clinics, beautiful grocery stores. A vacation destination for many visitors from U.S. and Canada.
