Welcome to your home away from home! Relax in our remodeled, fully furnished vacation home, featuring approximately 1,500 SqFt of living space, 2 bedrooms + a den, 2 bathrooms, and 2 car garage. Updated with stainless steel gas appliances, full-size washer and dryer, neutral colors, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, upgraded lighting & ceiling fans, and more! Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable modern furnishings, offering a King bed in the primary bedroom, Queen bed in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the den.

Looking to enjoy the outdoors during your stay? Enjoy a morning cup of coffee, afternoon lounging, or an evening glass of wine under the covered front and back patios or on the extended pavered seating area. South facing backyard, citrus trees, outdoor heater, and BBQ grill available for your use during your stay.

Sun City Anthem at Merrill Ranch is a 55+ resort community and offers SO much for you to take advantage of! For the golf enthusiast, you are eligible for resident rates at the 18 hole Poston Butte Championship Golf Course managed by Troon. The impressive 48,000 square foot Recreation Center offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, indoor jogging/walking track, ballroom, bocce and pickle ball courts, tennis, arts and crafts rooms, and an abundance of clubs and activities to participate in. Plus, there is an onsite restaurant, and you’ll be close proximity to local conveniences such as a grocery store, banks, gas stations, and more. **Passes are available to use the Recreation Center for a one-time cost of $25.00 for two people (MINIMUM 30 DAY STAY REQUIRED TO USE THE AMENITIES PER COMMUNITY GUIDELINES).

During the months of December through March, we would prefer a minimum 30 day stay. However, exceptions may be considered! Rates quoted are for 2 guests. If additional guests will be joining you, please check with owners before booking!

Linens and towels provided. We also provide the following items to get you started: hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo/conditioner, and laundry detergent. If additional items or supplies are needed or if you run out, you will need to purchase them at your own expense.

Our stay at Drew and Lacey’s home was beyond wonderful. From the booking to the checkout, they were so responsive. The directions and arrival went perfectly and the welcome manual has all information needed. Then we got to experience the wonderful home. It is so welcoming, comfortable and clean! It has everything you need. We enjoyed cooking several meals and relaxing at home! We highly recommend this property!!! Thank you Drew and Lacey for a wonderful stay.

Perfect home away from home

This is a great home in a very nice quiet community, had a well equipped kitchen, comfy super-sized king bed, all the comforts of home and a supermarket close by. The hosts thought of everything and we look forward to our next stay.

Great property!! Stocked kitchen, very clean, loved the bikes and biking around the neighborhoods, quiet and peaceful, the heater outside and the barbecue grill we used almost daily. It’s a great property!!

Amazing property, modern and homey. Fresh lemons and grapefruit in the backyard with flowers birds butterflies hummingbirds with a great sitting area. We can’t wait to go back for another vacation 10 stars

Lovely Home With Wonderful Hosts

We stayed here for several nights while we had carpet installed in our home. This property is absolutely lovely and the neighborhood is clean and quiet. Hosts were wonderfully accommodating and let us extend an extra night when we needed it. We were very happy with the television selections and the beds and bathrooms were comfortable. Highest recommendation given!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 55+ Anthem Merrill Ranch community. The location was very accessible to walking, biking, the Union Center, and within driving distance to the Anthem Grille restaurant and Safeway grocery store. The weather was ideal during the month of February and early March and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the private fenced backyard area. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely house

Super clean. Every conceivable kitchen gadget. Lots of big towels. Bathroom consumables all supplied. Bed very comfy and huge. Garage ginormous and easily fitted our Rav 4. Area very quiet but local restaurants all v nice. River Bottom is a bit feisty perhaps but food v good and portions huge. Local Safeway is a bit pricey but Walmart not too much further and more reasonable. Highly recommended by a pair of Gen X Europeans. Thank you Drew and Lacey.x
