About this property

4 Bdrm 2.5 baths, private pool and spa, Putting Green, on the Golf Course!

Welcome to our paradise in the Valley of the Sun! In 2012 we purchased this 2,650 sq. ft., beautiful home and upgraded it into a private resort with a large pool, spa (hot tub), built-in natural gas BBQ, gas fire pit, and your own putting green. All located next to the second hole green of the beautiful Johnson Ranch golf course. The house is perfectly situated so there is morning sun and afternoon shade. Please note: the pool is only heated upon request and for an additional fee, depending on the time of year. Please let us know if you want the pool heated when you make an inquiry.

The large kitchen has beautiful granite counters and all stainless steel appliances. The washer and dryer in the large laundry room were replaced in 2022. The 60 inch LED TV and bluray/DVD player are located in the family room, right off the kitchen. There are many streaming options using one of our devices or a device you bring with you, such as a Firestick. There is a beautiful three-piece slate pool table with all of the accessories.

The master suite is a haven of itself, with a King size bedroom set, and a huge master bath consisting of a soaking tub, separate shower, large vanity and sink area, and a huge walk-in closet. The other 3 bedrooms have a Queen size bed and plenty of closet space. We have furnished the home for the convenience of those who have small children, with a playpen, booster chair and highchair. The large den/loft has a high speed internet connection and a wireless TV and printer. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the entire house. If you feel the need to exercise there is a Bowflex exercisor, a Pro-Form treadmill and golf clubs.

Our home is only 1 mile to the golf course club house, and many restaurants are only a couple minutes away. The Queen Creek shopping center is only 15 minutes away and the large San Tan Village mall and the Superstition Springs mall are 35 minutes away.

Johnson Ranch boasts a beautiful 18 hole championship golf course, 3 community pools, several parks with play equipment, a free, 9 hole pitch and putt course, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts and a free fishing pond. Make sure to take in all the bright stars, satellites and occasional shooting stars you see in the evenings.

My wife and I have always lived in the Seattle area. We have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. As we move into retirement we wanted a house in the Phoenix area that we can use to escape from our long winters and to share with our family and friends.

We wanted a house in a quiet community that offered lots of amenities but still close enough to restaurants and shopping.

What makes this property unique

Our top reasons for purchasing this home are; a large pool, on a nice golf course and a large floor plan so the entire family can get together at the same time. Since purchasing in August of 2012, we have made substantial upgrades to the inside and outside of the house to make it a beautiful vacation home.
