Overall stay was very nice, easy check in/out process. Space was clean and had enough room for our 2 year old to play and the rest of our group to be comfortable. Location was really good for our needs. Would stay again if our travels ever brought us back to St. Joe.

Everything was clean and comfortable and in good condition. The location was convenient.Tips for the next guest: the icemaker in the freezer didn't work and we didn't see instructions for the counter top icemaker (maybe that's on us); we removed the plug in air fresheners; there are a few games in the upstairs hall closet - I didn't find them until we were leaving.

Why they chose this property

This duplex brings a lot of memories to our family. We have lived in this duplex since 2007. In 2011 we moved out to live in our current home, but still continued to rent this duplex to others. We have recently renovated this home with new flooring, roofing, patio deck, countertops, and appliances and would like to share it with you
