The house was clean and in a good location. However, we had an issue with the Wi-Fi which made it difficult to watch TV. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but they did the job.

Guest said WiFi wasn’t working on the TV but somehow the smart locks and cameras were working. We were very responsive and called the internet provider who confirmed there was no outage but performed a reboot anyways. We have hosted for several years and never had a problem with Wi-Fi. We have United fiber which is the best in the area.

Overall the property was clean and comfortable. Compared to other Vrbo properties I've stayed at, this one was fairly average. I expected more for the price. Once we were checked in, there were several rules that threatened extra fees for violating them. That made it hard for us to really feel comfortable in the house. That said, the host was friendly and responsive. Overall, the house was clean and quiet and I would consider staying there again if I was in the area.

Good location and quiet neighborhood. House was large and plenty of room to stretch out. Beds were OK and water pressure was good. TVs in all the rooms.
