This 5 bedroom/4.5 bathroom pool/hot tub home with accommodations for 15 guests is Shore to Please your next Vilano Beach vacation! Start the day watching the sun rise over the ocean from the second and third floor balconies then lounge by the pool and play ping pong in the garage. Finish the day with a bbq on the back deck while watching the sunset over the intracoastal. The beach is less than a block away & downtown STA just a short ten minute drive!

Located on Vilano Beach just two blocks north of a nice public beach access point with plenty of parking, a playground, restrooms, and a walking bridge over to the beach.


Guests will have access to the entire property minus a locked closet under the stairs.


First Floor:
- Garage with washer/dryer, ping pong table, & golf cart
- Bedroom with King bed & sofa bed
- Full bathroom
- Wet bar with sink, mini fridge, coffee station

Second Floor:
- Main living area of the home (kitchen, dining, living room)
- Half bath

Third Floor:
- Primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom #3 with queen bed
- Bedroom #4 with a full over full bunk bed & twin trundle
- Full bathroom in hallway (shared by bedrooms #3 and #4)

Pool House:
- Bedroom #5 with full bed
- Full bathroom
- Sofa, dining table
- Kitchen with full size fridge, sink, microwave, coffee station


Must be at least 25 years old to book, primary renter must be present during stay.

Pool is heated seasonally.

Standard occupancy is limited to 10 adults plus children under 12.

Cancellation Policy (does not apply to Airbnb bookings): If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will be refunded 95% of any payments made. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. It is advised that Guest purchase Vacation Insurance through a third-party provider.
