I am originally from Indiana and still spend the summers up there with family and friends. After traveling down to our favorite beach over the years, we decided to become part of the St Pete community. Best decision!
Why they chose this property
We looked for years before deciding on this location. Is it very convenient to be able to walk to shops and dining. The backyard oasis is so relaxing after a day of enjoying the many activities St Pete has to offer.
What makes this property unique
There is a new free transportation service which the county just started in November called Sunrunner. There is a stop down the road and you can get to the Gulf Beaches or downtown in no time for free.
