Chic Studio B w/private yard

One of two attached studios. It’s tucked away in a great neighborhood, it’s peaceful and private. It has a comfortable queen bed with fresh linens and a futon that makes into a queen bed. It has a full bath and a well stocked kitchenette. The private fenced yard has a dining table and chairs and a charcoal grill. It’s very close to the hospital, shopping, downtown and restaurants.
The space
This spacious studio is well decorated. It has a beautiful & comfortable queen-size bed. It has a kitchenette, which consists of kitchen cabinets, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a two burner electric countertop stove, a toaster oven and an air fryer. We also provide dinnerware, silverware, drinking cups, glasses and pots and pans.

We make it very simple to access the property and we're flexible on checking in and out.
Other things to note
When you arrive please park in the back, go through the alley and park next to the studio. Further instructions regarding the key will be sent via text on the day your arrival.

Lovely stay

Very comfortable nice stay while I was visiting my mother at the nursing home in Roswell Very quiet and restful! Clean and decorated very cute. We had everything we needed.

This is the perfect spot for my mom and her 2 little dogs. It is secluded and safe. Brenda is a great host! She has been able to accommodate all my mother’s needs. Will definitely stay here again. The new updates were a plus!

Brenda has been an amazing host!! She has multiple properties and they are all beautiful rentals!! She was very attentive and very pleasant to talk to!! We have rented twice from her and by far the best host we’ve ever had!

Cute Studio!

I came to visit my grandparents. This studio was perfect for me and my dog and not far from my grandparents house and wverything else tou need in town! Bed was comfy and the place was equipped with everything i needed to cook!

Cute little cottage

We loved our stay with a few exceptions that had nothing to do with our host. The mosquitos were relentless when we sat outside! Other than that, it was really nice.

Perfect

This was the perfect spot for my mom and her two little dogs. The little gated yard made it so much easier than a motel room. Will definitely utilize this spot again. My only suggestion would be a printed guide for the TV and Wi-Fi for the "high milage group" as my son likes to refer to me and those older. However, the host was readily available via phone to walk us through it.

It was smaller in person that the pictures portrayed. I had to call the lister to figure out how to turn on the shower. There was a hot plate with no truly safe outlet in a convenient place...I ended up balancing it over the sink. Definitely could use updating
