Very cozy and beautiful home. The reason for 4 stars was the sunroom was dirty and the grill was also unkept and didn't work to full capacity. The host also took a bit of time to respond to messages in the app but I never tried contacting via phone since it wasn't urgent.

For the most part it was a lovely home, the beds were not very comfortable and the ice maker was missing parts, the rug in the bathroom was wet and also the rug in the porch. The grill was not clean or anything around it. They had grease and dust on them.

The host was responsive and kind during booking, quickly allowed an adjustment to add an extra day. The house was clean and welcoming. We appreciated there was plenty of dishes, towels, and blankets. There were even some toys for kids to play with. Thank you for the great place to stay while visiting Roswell!
