Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home. This fantastic house is located less the 1 mile from the county boat launch at Wiggens Pass and close to the Vanderbilt beach state park. Very large driveway and a huge fenced in back yard for your kids or dogs to play. Our driveway can accommodate several cars and up to a 30 foot boat trailer. Master bedroom with king sized bed and private bathroom. Two other bedrooms each with a queen size bed. Chefs kitchen with stainless steal appliances. Fantastic lanai with beautiful views of nature, perfect for morning coffee. Prime location near shopping, beaches and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood on a dead end street.
*Please note the garage is not part of the rental and there will be no access to the garage.

We absolutely love the location and neighborhood. Perfectly located one mile from the boat launch with quick access to the Gulf. Quiet dead end street next to beautiful forest preserves. We love the yard size and everything about this great home. One of our favorite things is this is not an HOA.
