    This place was perfect for the two nights we stayed. Centrally located in a great area of town. We stayed in the bedroom and our teenage son was happy with the pullout sofa. Great stay.

    Biggest plus is the location, close to old town, beach and bay, so many restaurants around the corner including Tin City, where you can eat, shop, and catch boat and cycle tours. The location is quiet and private backyard. Inside was clean. It's a small 1970s duplex. Quality of furnishings and working condition of appliances was ok, not excellent, but considering the price and location, we enjoyed our stay.

    Overall would be wonderful place to stay but upon arriving bed sheets did not look to be washed and back yard areas and back indoor lanai was in much need of cleaning . Looked as if hadn’t been touched in quite awhile . Back yard patio full of mud and leaves and table and chairs not wiped off .

    We had a wonderful stay at this Naples home! The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed — from a super comfortable bed and great A/C to beach chairs, washer/dryer, an iron, and even some nice perfumes (a lovely touch!). The attention to detail made our stay easy and relaxing.The location was also perfect — just 7 minutes from downtown Naples and close to Tin City, which made exploring the area super convenient. We’d absolutely stay here again!
