Kiawah Beach House - Close to Beach with KI Resort Amenities

Our Kiawah Island rental home is truly a paradise retreat that has it all. Lovely, bright, spacious home with delightful screened in porch. You can hear the ocean from the screened deck. This is a four-bedroom home with beautiful, wooded lot lined with palm & oak trees. Ideal location -- just 135 steps from the Kiawah 10 mile beach and a very short bike ride from the Night Heron Park recreation area swimming pools. It is rated in the top tier of rental villas by Kiawah Resorts.

Because of the association with them, all privileges and discounts that Kiawah Resort guest receive are available to our guests. This includes greatly reduced rates on the use of the tennis courts, shuttle bus service, and access to Night Heron pool plus discounts on golf, tennis, pickleball, restaurants, and much more. Many of these amenities such as pool access, restaurant reservations and advanced tee times are no longer available to non-resort guests. Kiawah Island Business License #: RBL20-000298

We purchused our beach house several years ago as a way to make sure our kids had the memories my wife and I had growing up each summer. We hope the families that stay in our beach house can have the fun, enjoyment and long lasting memories that we have had over the past 9 years.
