Place was exactly as advertised. Everything we needed. Walking distance to great food and shops and a short drive to a number of great outdoor adventures.
We loved staying here, it was so close to the areas that we wanted to explore. We were able to walk to the Main Street of old Colorado City for pizza, Icecream and fun shops. We were able to bike to great paths for mountain biking. The house was well equipped for all our needs! Thanks so much.
Glad we stayed in old Colorado city at this very comfortable and conveniently located cottage. Took full advantage of the walkable restaurants and breweries.
The house was small and adorable, since we were out and about so much we didn’t mind the size but the bathroom was tiny for 6 people and the shower/tub was not good with very low water pressure. We would have loved to sit outside on the front porch more but kept getting scared away by the hornets. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfect. The basement stairs were an issue and if you’re not short you will hit your head going up and down. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very responsive. Great location close to everything we wanted to do.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're so glad you enjoyed the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, great location, and that our responsiveness helped make your stay enjoyable.
We appreciate your feedback as well. Because the house is older, the basement stairs are smaller and narrower than in newer homes, and we do have a warning sign about the low head clearance to help guests navigate them safely. We're also sorry the hornets interrupted your time on the front porch. They were taken care of as quickly as possible, but this is, unfortunately, hornet season in our area.
For future guests, the home is designed to sleep up to six people, and the listing notes that there is one bathroom. With a larger group, coordinating shower times can definitely help make mornings run more smoothly.
Thank you again for staying with us and for taking the time to share your experience. We'd love the opportunity to host you again!
The house was perfectly located close to everything we wanted to see and do. It had everything we needed from comfy beds, stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. Loved staying here!
By far one of the best Vrbo we’ve stayed in! Super clean, beautiful lay out, had everything we needed. The property is beautiful and close to everything!
Place was clean, well appointed with modern appliances and a comfy bed. It is close to attractions but sits on the edge of a well established neighborhood next to two very busy streets, that even with updated windows you could still hear the traffic inside and made sitting outside impossible for us. We appreciated the large driveway for our RV but with the busy street we had to back it out super early in the morning which I'm sure the neighbors didn't like. The yard is fenced, but with a dog on the other side and hopefully your dog isn't a jerk like ours, you can let them out whenever. The shower was an adventure, also with the stairs down to the basement. It could use some new living room furniture and rugs. Overall this place is nice, just kinda small for us and the traffic was a no go

Thank you for your opinion of your stay. I appreciate the feedback. The house does sit on a busy city street on a corner with other residences. The side street is less traveled and easier to park RV’s and cars for those that don't like to back out onto a street. The furnishings and rugs are new and kept very clean. I do eve
We enjoyed our stay at the Wildflower Cottage. Unique property in a good location that is very close to Manitou Springs, Pike's Peak, and Red Rocks Canyon Open Space.
Location is easily accessible for travel in and out of the area.We really enjyed the fenced in fd for our fur family. House is cute and quaint. Could use a little extra detailed cleaning.
Very clean, nice fenced in yard, large driveway, spacious home that worked well for my family of five and 2 dogs. Owners were responsive but we had zero issues. I would definitely stay here again.
great neighborhood to walk in, close to GOG, downtown Manitou and restaurants. Lovely home, comfortable, clean and the yard was fully fenced. Ate breakfast outside every morning, kitchen was great. one hundred percent will stay again. Hosts were communicative and helpful. Do not hesitate to book this home.
This house was located perfectly between everything we wanted to do while in Colorado Springs. It was 10-15 minutes to most of the tourist locations in the city.
Perfect spot to walk into the old town while being very close to beautiful attractions. The house was sweet, clean, and comfortable. The host was responsive and welcoming.
The house was very charming, neighborhood was a little less than expected. Lots of homeless in this area. Overall we had a great stay.
