Property was perfect, location was perfect. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Osage Beach area. everything was close to this property. Host was very professional and easy to communicate with.

The process was seamless and communication great. The property itself was a bit more rundown than anticipated. One bed leg was broken, curtain rod broken, obvious changes made around sink and painting not updated. Items noted did not reduce the enjoyment of our time.

Check in was easy and host was very communicative. Couple of minor maintenance things like master bath door closing completely or cracks in ceilings. Overall a great value.

Location was perfect for our plans. Made it easy to hit all the hot spots near by while we were there. Very responsive and kind host. Kitchen is not super stocked so plan what you will need in advance and check with the host to see if you need to bring your own tools or small appliances to make it happen. Grill, hot tub, and fire pit were the highlights but note that the hot tub is shared with the lower unit. This played out as a first come first served situation. Views are not exactly like the photos but I did love watching the sun reflect off the rocks at Garden of the Gods from just the right angle of the back porch in the morning. Plenty of parking was appreciated and the comfy pull out couch was perfect for 2 kids. They felt spoiled. But the value is the location convenience to everything we wanted.

The place was perfect! Backyard scenery is full of mountains, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Definitely would come back to stay another time!

Choosing to stay here was a great decision since they let me bring my golden retriever. The house was nicely located just minutes to many of the great reasons to visit Colorado Springs. I would stay here again!

Very clean, (especially the frige and bathrooms!!!!). Possibly the cleanest VRBO I’ve stayed in, which is so welcoming! Cute and cozy atmosphere, plenty of room to hang out as a family, and close to everything we wanted to do!!! There was excellent communication and help throughout our stay. When we had questions about what to do (the weather changed some of our plans) the response time was very quick and helpful!Feedback for improvements:It would have been helpful to know it was a shared property, and that the hot tub was broken before we arrived. Also, there was an odor to the upstairs (maybe coming from the washer?) and the dishes all needed to be washed before we used them because they were put away grimy/wet.

Mountain stay

It was a great house to stay in while on our trip. The views from the backyard are really nice, especially while relaxing in the hot tub! The house was also clean and well maintained, great hosts!

The house was very clean and well kept. Hot tub was very enjoyable and you can’t beat the location. Convenient to so many things to see and do. Hosts was readily accessible and helpful. Would definitely stay there again
