Property worked very well for a family get together. Only problem was sliding boors from house to patio and sun room to patio did not slide well at all.

The host was very responsive. When we wanted to use the grill, we found that the propane tank was empty. I messaged the host, and within a few hours, the tank was replaced. The kitchen was pretty well stocked in regards to having what we needed to prepare meals each day. It was a bit of a struggle to get the temps comfortable upstairs but we managed. Overall, I’d give the place a 4/5.

Great spot!

What a great house - lots of room to spread out! And lovely backyard and location overlooking the lake. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, and check-in/check-out was easy with Stacy's friendly communication. Definitely staying here next time we're in town for a family reunion.

Perfect Relaxing Home away from Home

This property was perfect for our group who was in town for a softball tournament. Plenty of space to spread out, great areas for game nights, and the location was perfect!! We loved the access to the beach on our off days. All of the neighbors were very friendly and owner was very quick to respond with any questions. We will definitely stay again next year!!

Great for weekend with family

My family had a nice stay in Mid-April. The home has nice amenities & the toddler in the group enjoyed the loft playroom space. The home has nice space for hanging out together or spreading out and doing your own thing. The property would be nice in the summer months with lake access so near by.

Quiet oasis

Our group had plenty of room to spread out in the house, or come together in the common areas. We enjoyed a swim and paddle board in the lake. Management was quick to respond back and even scheduled a repair last minute on a Sunday! Lovely rental.

Great home for families

My three small children and I chose this home because it was close to Grandparents but also because of the few kid options they had. They loved the basketball game downstairs, and the tent upstairs. It was a great set up for us! Stacy was very quick to reply when I needed anything!

Road Trip pitstop

We really liked the location on the lake. The beach for the lake was across the lake which was about a 8-10 minute drive. This house was nice and comfortable for a group. One complaint was that they didn’t have any cleaning products and we were on a long road trip and every other VRBO provided cleaning products. We did have a good time and enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time at this great location! The only bummer was not being able to use the dock for the 3 days we rented a boat. To be clear - the dock and boat ramp are off limits, but you can use the tiny lake access to the left of the ramp. We were also disappointed to have to do laundry right away because they only supply 2 kitchen towels and one bath towel per person. This was disappointing in this higher end rental.

Mom's 80th

Overall our stay was quite pleasant, a bit rushed not enough time to just sit and enjoy the view and relaxing home. A few things I would suggest the owner upgrade on Replace large picture windows, you have a beautiful view but old glass, replace patio door & screen, it's seen better days, and was hard to open & close and clean up the patio porch attached to the downstairs bedroom, I was looking forward to enjoying a morning coffee in there, but it was not clean and full of dust & spider webs. Downstairs playroom was great, however very cold. And it would have been good to know you can book direct thru owner for a less expensive rate. I hope my review helped you. Thank you

Retirement getaway

Let me start by saying we had a great time! There were a few rough spots… When we arrived, it was over 80° in the house, none of the fans worked because the remote controls batteries were dead, the house was filled with dead millers, the house stunk like garbage because the garage smelled of Old garbage, the yard was also very smelly due to leaves that had not been picked up since the winter, the sunroom was not usable due to the millers and not being cleaned, The neighbors made it very uncomfortable and difficult to get to the lake with our paddle boards and installed a gate while we were there and we were kept out (the lake was the reason we chose this location). When we arrived we quickly got to work Airing out the garage, moving the trash cans away from the house, sweeping the driveway and front porch, cleaning up all the millers in the house, going to the store to buy batteries so that we could cool the house down with the fans and then it was time to relax and enjoy our weekend! After everything was cleaned, we definitely made ourselves comfortable and it quickly felt like we were home for a long weekend and had a great time!

Peace, Tranquility, and Space With a Gorgeous View!

Our family gathered to enjoy Easter together in this beautiful home. We had space to spread out, but places to gather to talk, play games, and eat together. Three wonderful bedrooms upstairs, one on the main floor, and a comfy couch in the basement gave plenty of room for all of us to rest comfortably. Our teenage grandchildren enjoyed playing board games and cards at the spacious dining room table -- it was fun to join in with them! The kitchen was large enough for the adults to work together to prepare our meals, then all of us sat down together to build memories of conversation, laughter, good food and love. I called the property manager once with a question and talked with a very nice and helpful person. The mountain and lake view to our west was beautiful, but one of our favorite views was in the evening as we looked east and saw the gorgeous orange moon just rising over the lights of Loveland, Centerra Village, and I-25. The house is conveniently located to grocery stores, shops and points of interest. We went to church on Easter Sunday in Loveland and it took us just a few minutes to get from our "home" to the church -- another plus for us. If you want a beautiful, clean, quiet and tranquil place to gather, look no further than this fabulous property. My family and I highly recommend it.

NO beach access!!!

This is 100% false advertising!!! The listing on here is says you have beach access, but that is NOT true. We knew we didn’t have boat ramp and dock access. We booked this property because we wanted to be able to walk across the street to the beach. Once we got to the property, we saw there was a gate to the beach. The HOA informed us that we do not have access. They said the owner knows this too!! The owner said she would come by in the morning to sort it out. She just texted me the next day that she would pay our $10 daily park fees for a beach that was a 20 minute drive. I am beyond upset about all of this. We had to shuttle everyone to another beach all week whether they wanted to go or not. I was just looking for a house that made it convenient to go to and from the beach with all of the kids. We paid a premium for this house and totally felt taken advantage of.

As the property manager, I take full responsibility for not clearly communicating the limitations around the beach access. While the listing did mention beach access, I should have been more transparent about the gate up front - the HOA does not provide a key to short-term guests but does allow them to simply walk around the gate. I regret that this caused an inconvenience for your family during your stay. In the future, I will be sure to provide detailed information about all amenities and access to ensure there are no surprises. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to make this right.

The description of the sun room was not my experience. The room was to be used for my mentally challenged nephew. It was full of dead moths, water spots, dusty enough to write in .Furniture misplaced. The master bath had a scum ring and hair on the tub wall. They could definetly give more towels.This was a quiet location, the house has plenty of room. Check in and out were easy. The kitchen is well stocked.
