It’s a wonderful place to gather and make memories! We had a cousins’ trip with 8 of us staying there. It was perfect for us! We didn’t feel cramped, slept well in the comfy beds, enjoyed barbecued dinner in the back yard followed by relaxation in the hot tub. We were a little too old to climb the rock wall, but my kids would’ve loved it if I’d had let them come! We spent our days out enjoying RMNP, Estes Park, Poudre River, etc and everywhere we went was within about an hour away. The house is just blocks from the main road, so it made getting whatever we needed so easy! The hosts were also AMAZING! They were quick to address anything I asked about and were so kind. We’d definitely stay here again!

We were a little hesitant due to this house being run by a company and not someone’s personal house, but Brad and Jody were very accommodating, responsive, personable and made us feel right at home. We needed someplace where my wife and I could relax but would also entertain our 3 young boys and this was the perfect place. Between the rock wall, toys in the bedroom and bunk beds our boys had a blast and will always refer to this place as the “Colorado house.” Would definitely recommend for anyone but especially for young family’s.

Super CLEAN!

This was the perfect place for our family retreat to the mountains. It was great to come back to after long days at the mountains. Close to stores and other amenities. Hot tub and spaces inside were great!

The host was very welcoming, and checked with us to be sure we had everything we needed. The accommodations were lovely and very clean! This was our first experience staying in a VRBO and I was very nervous! It had everything we needed. Toys for the kids, an iron, a steamer. Extremely well stocked with everything you could need! Highly recommend!
