Our clean, bright, single-story, 3 bedroom/2 bath country home is located on a quiet residential street in the country just minutes from three different I-24 exits. It's in the perfect spot to serve as a centrally located home-base for all of your Cumberland Plateau and Middle TN adventures!
For adventure seekers, there are plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation nearby including hiking, biking, climbing, caving, boating, swimming, and golfing.
For big-city tourists - our home is located half-way between Nashville and Chattanooga!
If you prefer a slower pace, you can stay in and enjoy some down time with the family - gathering for meals, doing puzzles, or playing cards or games at the large dining table; binge-watching your favorite shows on your favorite streaming platforms in the comfy living room; cooking your own meals or baking in the large, fully stocked kitchen; curling up with a good book in the bright sunroom; working in peace on your computer (with fast internet) at the large desk; enjoying your morning tea or coffee and bird-watching out on the deck; or relaxing, playing, or taking in the peaceful sights and sounds of the country in the sprawling backyard - complete with a small creek, a firepit, starry nights, fireflies, and a variety of birds.
What's Nearby: In just 25 minutes or less, you can be at The Old Stone Fort in Manchester; The Caverns in Pelham; or up on the mountain in Monteagle visiting the South Cumberland State Park or Sewanee's beautiful University of the South. You can quickly zip back and forth to Manchester's restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, fast food joints, or the Bonnaroo Music Festival (which are only 15 minutes away) and the UT Space Institue and Arnold AFB main gate in Tullahoma (which are just 10 minutes away).
It's a short 30-minute drive to Winchester and Tim's Ford Lake, with its State Park, Bear Trace golf course, and 3 marinas or to the Fiery Gizzard Recreation Area in Tracy City. Finally, we're just 45 minutes from the shopping centers/malls/restaurants in Murfreesboro; Shelbyville's Walking Horse Celebration; and the Savage Gulf Natural Area. You can also easily visit the Jack Daniel's Distillery in Lynchburg and the Cumberland Caverns in McMinnville (40 mins).

We love exploring Middle TN and want others to be able to experience all that Coffee County and the surrounding areas have to offer. Our cozy country home is located on a large lot in a quiet residential neighborhood in the country. It's half-way between Nashville and Chattanooga and easily accessed from 3 different I-24 exits. It's extremely convenient to events at The Caverns and the Bonnaroo Music Festival and you will have plenty of nearby shopping and food options in Manchester, Monteagle, Tullahoma, and Winchester. It's a great place to crash if you are visiting loved ones at Arnold AFB or area schools and Universities such as The University of the South, MTSU, UT Space Institute, St. Andrew's-Sewanee School, the Webb School, etc. There are also endless opportunities for outdoor recreation and hiking on the Cumberland Plateau, Tim's Ford and Normandy Lakes, and several TN State Parks.
