Horrible experience I rented this proper for 7 days and only stayed for 1. Home is in a pretty rough neighborhood alot a people loitering around and alot of police activity at night. There is a little convenience store less then a block away but there was a large group of man there all night and alot of cars constantly in and out of that parking lot but no one went in the store so you figure it out. Also animal feces and dead insects all in the garage. The fence around the house looks like a good gust of wind and it going to fall over. The home does have a attached garage but if your in a truck, van or suv forget about it only fits small cars. So of course I contacted the host and as soon as I told them I had issues and I was checking out they asked what the issue was and I let them know and never heard from them again. I had to get Vrbo involved and they're really no help. One last thing that really bother me about the home is that all most all the windows in the home have no curtains or blinds want so ever was kinda weird. Please learn from my mistake and do some research before renting this property and safe travels.

This property left a lot to be desired. Not luxury as described, but newer; however, surrounding area not consistent with house. Master water bath shower pressure was non existent, but did get hot. Access to get in was not the most convenient so had to enter through garage during check in but also very manual when leaving and coming if you have a car to park. We did have some insect issues as well. Beds were not as sturdy as we would have liked. New property and do think resolving these tweaks will make the stay more satisfactory.

Once arriving I found garbage all over back porch and yard, trash inside master bedroom closet (clothes & empty bottles) and sticky floors & window sills.. contacted landlord about garbage and got no response…and asked about garbage and was told to just throw out back on porch (NO garbage pick up) and I was there for 1 month with garbage from last people too… Got 2500 package stolen from front gate and landlord still has Not gotten back to me about camera footage from front door after 2 weeks now…Very dangerous/drug filled neighborhood, not recommended for families and property doesn’t have playground unless talking about garbage in back yard…property doesn’t look like picture…grass was knee high when we left…NO lawn service neither Not a property I would recommend as business owner
