The property was perfect for our 3-night stay in Greenville. It was spacious and comfortable as we visited our daughter away at Furman. It cost the same as an upscale hotel room with a lot more space and the ability to have our own food (and not pay valet!). There is a Starbucks right next door and the Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Grocery a mile away. It is extremely quiet and clean. Chase communicated immediately anytime we had a question. It is definitely worth it!

Great vibe and location

Very comfortable and clean. The location is easy to get to downtown and the Swamp Rabbit trail. Plan to stay there again next time in Greenville.

The place is decorated beautiful. Chase checked in multiple times during our stay to make sure we were set and didn’t need anything. The bed was also very comfortable! Close to downtown and a 1 min walk to Starbucks- I will stay there again. Would recommend it highly!
