A private first floor unit within a 12 Plex apartment building.

One bedroom with a Queen size bed, + bathroom with tub and tiled shower.

Large closet in bedroom with washer+dryer+detergent included. Extra bedding+pillows+towels.

A fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig, pots, pans, silverware, cups, dishes and baking utensils.

Smart TV

Unit has open parking out front with plenty of spaces available.

Unit includes 2 bicycles that can be used to explore the surrounding area.

Unit is conveniently located within walking distance to the Paseo Arts District and few minutes from Midtown.

We are available when needed but, like to give our guests privacy.

Very good and location was excellent. Only thing the AC was loud when it kicked on couch had a few stains on it. Other than that it is a decent and quiet place to stay. We would stay here again.Jeremy is very helpful and responds to you quickly.

Very Clean Apt.

This a very clean, newly refurbished 1 bedroom,1 bath apt. All furnishings appeared brand new. Convenient location to sightsee. Had difficulties with front door lock and tv remote, & two towels for two people for two days weren't enough, but otherwise a great place to stay. Can we recommend this to others as a place to stay in OKC: YES!

Remodel apt in Paseo with Bikes

Wonderful cozy property. Very nice and clean. Advertised as a king size bed and barely a queen at best. Also fire alarm battery needed changed so was chirping asked to have it fixed on day of arrival but was never taken care of. Overall a great property and great manager. Would rent there again. Thank you!
