Nestled in a beautiful backyard, and separate from the main house, this exquisitely remodeled cottage has a classy vibe. The cottage rests in a charming and safe neighborhood, just two blocks from the UO campus and Hayward Field. There is a driveway with a dedicated parking spot and a gravel pathway leading to your own private entrance with self check-in.
The cottage boasts a fully stocked kitchen with a range, full size refrigerator and microwave, in addition to a Keurig.
Double sinks in the bathroom. Bedroom with comfortable queen size bed, a large dresser and closet for clothing, and mounted TV. Living room with full-size pull-out sofa bed, additional TV, table and 4 chairs. Private garden/courtyard includes table and chairs. It's the perfect place to relax with a morning cup of coffee, eat a meal, or enjoy a local beer or glass of wine.
The neighborhood food hub, with approx.7 restaurants and cafes, is just a block away. Picturesque Washburne Park (the perfect place for a picnic) is at the end of the block. Downtown Eugene is just a quick 5-minute drive!
Day trip 60 minutes to the Oregon coast, two hours to the Cascades or Portland, 60 minutes to Salem, 45 minutes to Corvallis.
No smoking or vaping of any kind on the premises.
No burning candles on the property.
No pets are allowed.
As the cottage is in a neighborhood setting, we ask that you please keep noise levels down between 10 pm and 7 am.

Check in available by 3pm and check out is 11 am. Early check-in may be available upon request.
