Great little place on the edge of the university campus. Perfect for a quick trip - we had four adults staying there and the space was perfect. Easy check-in, no problems, communicative host. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our visit. I was unaware it was a duplex. Communication with Armond was very great, he was very responsive to questions. The space is small, but usable.

The duplex was well stocked. I don't think that there was anything I needed that wasn't provided. Armond responded quickly. There were no steps, all one level, 2 nice bedrooms. Close to many things to do in the area.

Location, Location, Location

Nice little cottage. Wonderful little neighborhood with a 10 minute walk to Hayward field. Food is a 5 minute walk to pizza, bakery, Italian food and some wonderful ice cream.
