Overall the house was very nice. Great location, clean, and in a quiet community. Missed the additional charge for the hot tub/ pool (oops on our end). Great communication with host regularly. Especially letting us know we didn't need to heat the pool/hot tub each day, but we didn't know that you could only heat one at a time which made heating the pool pretty pointless for our family (so just a heads up for other guests).

There were no air jets in the hot tub, should have been.The advertised grill was not there, the one that was there was broken. All the dining room chairs were loose. Curtain was coming down in the second guest room. Light under the microwave did not work. Ping Pong paddles were broken. Ballards table was loose.

The host was ok. I’ve never rented an entire house and had to pay additional fees to use basic amenities so that was a turn off from the experience. If there’s a fee to use amenities they should be 1,000% in mint condition and working properly. Also should be listed where renters can clearly see. Outside of that my stay was fair.

We stayed for two days. Good location, and game room. However, we lost an entire day in the pool because it was filled with plant material. When contacting the host they told us the pool service comes the next day so we would just have to wait. The next day when they finally cleaned the pool, had to pay extra to heat the pool since the water was cold. Beyond that the refrigerator was leaking for our stay and there was constantly a puddle in the kitchen floor, creating a slip hazard. When the host was contacted about this, they said it happens when someone leaves the door open for too long, which we did not. If the pool was clean and the refrigerator wasn’t leaking this would’ve been a five star review.

Honest review. Kathleen the host was very commutative to all the issues that arises during our stay. When we arrived she allowed us to check in 2 hours early without an additional fee. When we entered the VRBO overall it was a shock to see weathered outdoor equipment for the pool and ping pong table. The pool was actually off and there was gunk all over it. Then a pool guy showed up and shut off the equipment, drained the spa, and told us we could use the pool “in a few hours”. After reaching out to host she mentioned her pool guy wasn’t even suppose to be there that day. I told host her pool pump was off and not working, and the spa was drained. She said we would have to wait till the next day to use the pool. Instead my boyfriend ended up fixing it himself and got the pump working again so we could use it. Then the breaker tripped the air and we didn’t have AC so the house got up to 78 degrees. Host was apologetic but didn’t offer any reimbursement which was unfortunate. For the price we could have stayed somewhere on the beach, with proper working essentials. Also sent out someone to clean the AC while we were gone and we were told to bring anything valuable with us since we were not in the home. Honestly, we made the best of our stay but was highly dissatisfied with the home.

Overall great stay at this house! Kathleen was very quick to respond, friendly and did her best to address anything that came up. The kitchen was well stocked. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The pool and hot tub seemed clean and were a big hit with my kids! As were all of the games! Beds were very comfy! Some aspects of the home could use a little TLC but very minor things (such as loose hardware on the bench seating at the table by the pool- needs to be tightened). Would also recommend improving the grip on the floor of the showers- they were very slippery in both bathrooms. Overall would stay again if we are in the area!

The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could have needed plus some. The whole family always had something to do and was almost impossibile to get them to leave. Some of the games are beaten up from prior renters abusing them but overall we would definitely seak this location again when we come back.

Anniversary Stay

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed our time here at the house. Everything was great, we really enjoyed the pool area. After attending spring training games in the heat of the day, it was nice to come back and cool off in the pool. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Ferrer family vacation 2025

An oasis away from home! My family and I enjoyed every minute at this Beautiful pool home the game room kept us enjoying each others company and laughter. The neighborhood was quiet and near every thing target and good food. The grill and pool made it even better! Host is awesome and responded to our questions fast . Thank you we will definitely be back.The house was beautiful and clean which make the stay feel just like home!
