PERFECT LOCATION

We were there for our yearly baseball tournament with our son. We had 2 teenagers and an 8 year old and the property entertained them all. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend! Walking distance to several of our favorite places in PCB.

Location, location, location.

I can not say enough good things about Calypso Tower III. The room was fantastic, the loacation couldn't be better. My kids had a great time, and loved being able to walk to the Pier Park and enjoy tha activities that came with booking Southern Coast Vacation Rentals. My sister and her family and other friends booked rooms at Calypso Tower I, told me several times I had picked the perfect location to stay at. We all want to come back next year for Spring Break.

Loved it!

This property is wonderful. It is very clean, has everything you need. Views are amazing. It has a great blackout shade for the main room. The only drawback is the king bed needs to be flipped, you roll towards the middle. :)

Our new favorite place!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've always stayed in towers 1 or 2 on the beach but we decided to save and give the newest tower a shot. WOW I'm so happy we did, this place is great!! The view is spectacular and the amenities are top notch. This unit was clean, well furnished and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We can't wait to go back!

1st of all the view is better than some directly on the beach. Everyone except 1 lady was so nice asked if we were enjoying ourselves. It was clean but the chair service on beach is not encluded. Simple trip to wally world to fix. Dont go to the one you see other one is better. I will say nothing at the calypso screams dont bring your kids here but it is a older laid bk retirees vibe. Plenty to do either way & it will prolly get crazy busy. The lady I referred to is the calyspo chic who works the luggage rack check in/out. She was a not pleasant person. Wanted drivers license to check a rack out. We just paid alot of money to stay here and u need my license to hold???? Nothing on the condo itself. My favorite part was watching the fighter jets doing a top gun fly by at the buildings. We are 50ish age. We did not bring kids or men on this trip. This is a good one.

Thank you for the 5-star review, Crystal! Glad the view, cleanliness, and location worked well for your trip, and what a treat to catch the flyover. Sorry about the unpleasant interaction at check‑in and any confusion about beach chair service; rentals aren’t included. We'll share your feedback so staff can be clearer and more welcoming. Appreciate the tips about nearby options and that the property suited your adult getaway. We’d love to host you again soon!

Thunder on the Beach Bike Rally/PCB Air Show

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time in PCB. Calypso III Unit 1805 was absolutely perfect. No complaints at all. Stayed April 29 thru May 6th. Called SCVR and added another night and got a great nightly rate. Everything you need is in walking distance. SCVR was great to work with and their customer service is top notch. My family and I will be back, maybe this year!!

All Around Perfect Stay

Every aspect of this stay was perfect. Seamless check in/out. Property was super clean. Location is perfect. We parked our car at the condo when we arrived and didn’t move it until we left today. All the furniture seemed fairly new and nothing was outdated. Their website did say that both bathrooms have walk-in showers, but only the master bathroom does. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. That did not effect our stay at all. Other than that, I cannot think of a bad thing to say about the condo or hosts. Thanks so much for having us! We will definitely be back.

Calypso Tower III

The condo was very beautiful and well decorated. We thought the property was beachfront not gulf view. The traffic and noise from cars, trucks and jeeps til late night drowned out the soothing ocean sounds. We are three senior citizen sisters who enjoy sitting on the balcony and enjoying ocean views and activities. So, for this reason, we would not rent Tower III again. Parking was fabulous. The cafe was nice. The elevator was always easy to access and clean. Check in and out was seamless. We love coming to PCB and will be back but just not at this condo.

Thanks for staying with us! I'm sorry you were under the impression it was beachfront when you booked as that's not at all how we market it. The photos show it is across the street and we indicate that it offers Gulf views and is a walk to the beach property, not beachfront. We have other beachfront properties you could've booked, hope you reach out in the future for those options! :)
