Great property with an easy check in process. My only criticism is that there aren’t really enough chairs in the house to comfortably house 8 people in the kitchen/living area. Even an extra supply of a few metal folding chairs would go a long way here.

We stayed here as a group of friends for a quick getaway and to see a concert at Stifel Theater. They house was everything we expected. Beds were comfortable, there were places to gather and visit, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of restaurant choices and parks nearby. Eddie and Brandon were lovely hosts!

Perfect getaway for a fun weekend in St. Louis!

We really enjoyed everything about our experience. From the cleanliness and spacious nature of the building to the great location and safe, friendly neighborhood. The host was very pleasant to interact with and reached out multiple times to check in and make sure everything was up to spec! Would highly recommend staying at this property.
