Beautiful cabin, river, game room and nearby lake!
The cabin is really beautiful and clean. We loved the game room and just sitting by the river watching birds and roasting marshmallows. The nearby river is absolutely beautiful and majestic. It's also not that far from a great view of Mount Rainer too!
This cabin was so cozy and very well equipped. We enjoyed all the little decor and details. However the real gem is the location, right on the river. We enjoyed having wine by the riverside around the firepit. It was the perfect place for our peaceful getaway.
Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at the cabin! After enjoying skiing at White Pass, soaking in the hot tub listening to the river was the best! We also enjoyed playing games on the nice big table and slept well. Everything was clean and the property manager was very responsive and communicative. We would definitely stay here again!
Well kept up, modernized cabin/house. Nice relaxing river flows by with chairs to enjoy the scenery in a private area. Lots of yard space. The game room was awesome! Pool and darts and shuffleboard helped keep our kids entertained when we were at the house. Kitchen well stocked for cooking needs. Grill a bit small, but it worked. We chose this place to be close to Mt. Rainier. Understand it is 35 to 45 minutes away to see the mountain. Nice getaway - closest town is Naches which has food places, gas, grocery. Not that far from Rimrock Lake and Clear Lake, which we explored.
The stay was very nice, and the scenery on the river was excellent. There was a recent fire in the area, so not as lush as could be expected. That is no fault of the owners though. We loved the outdoor space, called the Bull Room, and the teenagers loved being able to play pool and listen to their music. We really appreciated the location being between Yakima and White Pass. It was convenient to be able to visit family and be able to ski without taking all our time in the car.We did have friends surprise us wanting to stay, so that did cost us a little extra. My biggest complaint was the king size bed is probably the firmest mattress I've ever slept on. My husband loved it, but my back was killing me. Also, make sure you bring a hair dryer as one was not provided. Other than that, we left very happy! It was a great stay!
We loved our stay in the house. Our family - adults and children - stayed here over a long weekend for skiing in nearby White Pass. Had everything we needed to cook our meals, hang out, relax, and play games at night, and to get out the door in the morning to head to the mountain. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. They provided great instructions and some helpful tips on local food and supplies. We found the house easily and check in and check out were a snap. Would absolutely stay here again.
The river is the highlight of this space. We woke up each day and fell asleep each night to the sound of the water. The hot tub is a great addition and added to the overall relaxation potential at this place. We had the whole resort largely to ourselves. The inside is as nice as the outside- with high-speed internet and a large kitchen space. We were easily able to both get to Mount Rainier national park and Yakima. Would recommend this place to anyone.
