Great little space for our group

House was just as described, easy to find looks small outside but good size inside and plenty of room to collaborate together. Nice fenced in back yard. Quiet street and close enough to grab food easily. Nice large bedrooms and plenty of amenities. Highly recommend!

Only note is we couldn’t get the movie theater to work. Tried all of the remotes in the house and nothing seemed to work. Other than that everything else was perfect. Thank you!

Friend trip to visit the mountains

Overall the property was great and we had a good time. Located in a nice neighborhood central to lots of fun stuff. The house itself was very nice and large enough for our group of friends without feeling like we were getting in each others way. There's a nice sized family room on each floor to get cozy as well as the theater room that was fun to use too. Small things to note was there weren't many pots and pans in the kitchen to use, some of the furniture was definitely well used, like the coffee table upstairs was super wiggly and we were worried about it breaking, some of the chairs upstairs were wobbly, the air hockey table was missing the puck, a couple of the beds downstairs were not comfortable but bearable. Nice touches were there was an HDMI cable left for us so we were able to easily hook up a laptop to the projector to watch movies and TV, the backyard backed up to a school playground that gave room to stretch out and play frisbee. Overall a great stay and would stay again!

The house looked good on the surface but the kitchen was poorly equipped. Two coffee makers and a blender and a small toaster oven. Barely enough pans to cook a meal and only 2 large plastic bowls to serve. No waffle maker or griddle as to be expected in a house for the price. No paper towels or hand towels in bathrooms or kitchen towels. No rugs in bathrooms or kitchen. Two washers and dryers were nice and game room in basement was nice but grandsons were sad there was no puck for the air hockey table. Some tv remotes lacked batteries. Most of the these things mentioned were small things and wouldn’t take much to correct and would certainly have made our stay nicer!

Hard to get answers from manager

This house is huge! It was a great place to house a lot of people for a fun weekend celebration. When we got to the house (we were allowed an early check in which was super helpful!) we noticed that things weren’t quite set for a large group. The light in the kitchen didn’t work, the tv in the living room didn’t work, the air hockey table had a very short cord (couldn’t reach outlet) and no hockey puck, the day bed in one of the rooms needs lots of attention or to be replaced. None of these changed the fact that we had a great time with family, but they sure would have made things easier! I sent messages to the manager repeatedly over the first 24 hours and only got the canned responses. I ended up having to call to get anything fixed. After speaking with him on the phone he did get someone out to the house to fix some of the things.
