Perfect for family gatherings

So much room for family to spread out and enjoy watching movies in the movie room or playing games in the game area. Enjoyed our stay with easy access to stores, restaurants, and freeways.

The house was not very clean, the host was nice enough to come and do some light cleaning, which was appreciated. Also the game table was missing pieces. The hot tub was fun and clean. Overall it was a good amount of space for everyone, we enjoyed our stay for the most part and the host had good communication.

Rocky Mountain Hot Tub

The community was quiet and close to downtown Denver. The host was terrific! Susan was responsive to our needs and responded rapidly. I would stay there again. I highly recommend staying there.

Friends Trip and Red Rock Concert

The house worked great for our group of 3 adult couples. It was a great launching pad for our concert at Red Rocks and multiple day trips to the Mountains. The property manager was extremely responsive and kind. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Great place for a girls weekend!

Great rental for girls weekend. 5 ladies stayed in the house, it was perfect for us to each have our own bedroom. Plenty of room and quick drive to all of our destinations. Property owner was quick to respond to questions.

Delightful girls trip

A few friends and I went up for a girl's weekend for a wedding. The location was great for our needs as we were bouncing between downtown and the venue a little north of downtown.The property was lovely and accurate to the description. The beds were all so comfy! And there was plenty of space for us all to have a little privacy. The outdoor area was a great place to hang out and of course the hot tub was a huge added bonus.I would absolutely stay here again and the host was very communicative, clear, and prompt in responding.

Overall it was a nice place and Susie was responsive. There were a couple issues like crack tile flooring in the bathroom and washer not being hooked up. Minor things IMO, I would stay here again given the chance.

Business Trip but better

Rather than battle the downtown Denver hotels, I decided to find a home in Arvada for my business trip. I paid the same amount but got all the luxuries of home. Plus, my better half and our pup could join me. The home was lovely, clean, and just as described. The communications were great and the response time when there was an issue was blazing fast. The hot tub was a great treat after a long day of meetings. We will be back.

Grill not clean. Weeds all over back yard. Sliding closest snot hinged in appropriately. Clothes got stained bus washing machine. Looked like Clorox bleaching left in washing machine. 3 shirts ruined. Ran into a handyman on our way to house as he was leaving, had ZERO notice he would be there. The amenities were under par. Would not recommend.
