This beautifully furnished attached home offers fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, washer and dryer, Kuerig with coffee, and 4 bedrooms. please note there is a separate rental unit on back side of property and also a separate rental unit above part of this unit. all have separate entrance
When you walk in the front door you should feel right at home! The living room offers a super comfortable couch, Roku TV and a ceiling fan, plus looks right into the spacious full kitchen. The hallway leads to a full size washer and dryer, a full bathroom (tub only), and then a large king bedroom with seating, Roku TV and ceiling fan.
On the second level there is another full bathroom with shower/tub combination, a king size bedroom and queen size bedroom both featuring ceiling fans and Roku TVs, plus a third bedroom with two twin beds.
You can comfortably sleep another person on the couch!
There is one parking space available in the driveway as the others are reserved for the two units attached. Plenty of street parking is available!
We like to give our guests privacy, but if you need anything from us just reach out through the Airbnb app.
Safe and older neighborhood, convenient to everything!
You`ll want to use your own vehicle to get around.
The downstairs full bathroom is a tub only.
