Beautiful apartment with direct view of the ocean. It has a spacious living room with a built-in kitchen, a master bedroom and a bathroom.
All decorated in an exquisite, modern way and with all the details of comfort and elegance of style of the entire building complex.
Resort fee (not included in the rate) of 40 dols per day, and parking (35 dols per day, 8 days or more 30 dollars per day)
The resort has a swimming pool with ocean views, a gym and beach service (two sun loungers and an umbrella)

60th Birthday Getaway

My husband and I needed to get away from Dallas for my 60th Birthday weekend. Karina was a very nice hostess and we loved her condo a lot. It’s nice location to beach, great restaurants in building and outside building. Comfortable bed and very quiet. Thanks again. - Pam xo

Everything was great, but the resort bar seriously overcharged for drinks, (2 for $55). Therefore, a blender would be a great addition. Everything else was perfect! Thank you Karina!

Location great, property great. Too many rules and the owner literally put as little as possible in stocking the apartment w/ amenities. My son and I had a great time as it was a bonding trip. The host was excellent and communicated well prior to trip.

Did not disappoint

Easy check in. Walk to the beach and pool. No wait for chairs at neither. Ocean front. Roomy. Would most definitely do this again. First and foremost family friendly. No car needed. Walk or use the little trolleys.

Property is just as the pics display. The view has a building blocking some of the balcony view but still able to see the beautiful beach and sunrise. My only concern was the number of bugs we had to kill. I was told this would be addressed and understand how it can happen but it really took away from us just staying inside and relaxing. dod

A complete disaster. Gave host an opportunity to make it right but she declined to. Elevator bank for our unit has been out of order for over a month. Had to walk thru a dingy parking every time we went to and from our unit. There is no security for vehicles to park in that 5th floor garage. The entry to our hall way is thru an unmarked door and is Gerry rigged to always be open (I have photos). Therefore anyone can get to our unit. Worse yet, the safety bolt was broken off so anyone could break down our door or enter if they had a master key while we were in the unit and while we slept. We took furniture to try and block the door each night.When we checked in, we spent about 2 hours to check in as management could not get any key fab to work. They had to let us in by a master key and said they had to reprogram the door but couldn’t do it till the next day. Therefore we couldn’t leave the unit for entire morning of the next day as we had no way to get back in without a workable key. The unit is very marred, rust in the fridge, freezer was filthy and it didnt make any ice. It was broken. There cracks in the walls and ceiling. The host only gave us 2 pillows for the bed. The manger of the resort gave us a refund of our resort fee but the owner should have given us some portion of a refund based on all the issues we had. She simply ignored our concerns. I’m going to check with Florida tenant regulations to see if there is any violation of safety. Terrible host

While it's true the elevator wasn't working (something that can happen, even in a 5-star building like this), the guest could access the unit from four other elevators and then had to walk a few meters to the apartment; it's not that they had no way to access it and used stairs. The truth is that the entire building was affected by this problem, and no guest, from this or other units, has expressed such displeasure and anger as this one. Everyone understood the problem calmly; he was even offered a partial refund considering his dissatisfaction, but he still remained angry… In short, those are the guests it's better to lose than to find…
