We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including all the essential amenities.The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, while still being conveniently close to large grocery stores and shopping areas.The host was excellent — always available, quick to respond, and very helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay.We would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful house, super clean & very cozy. Pool was fantastic especially on the really hot days! Love that they start you out with starter supplies , very nice touch. The house was a little warm at 72, but it still was comfortable! Yard was nice for our pup. Quiet neighborhood, friendly yard maintenance workers.

The house is close to the beaches and fantastic restaurants. Less than a mile to Taylor Park where we walked our dog and they have a great disc golf course. 5 stars all around.

This was a very nice home to stay in in the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I did not end up using the pool, but that was only because I was very busy however, it looked really nice! The house was stocked with everything that I needed in communication was great

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. When we arrived house was very clean and bed were comfy. The pool needed cleaning which someone came the following day. My husband did also clean it due to debris from trees falling in it. Would recommend staying!!

The location of the house was great for our needs. Our family lives close by and we were able to easily get to Tropicana for some Rays Games. Plenty of restaurants, shopping and groceries near by. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We didn’t cook during our stay but it seemed to have everything you would need. We didn’t use the pool as the weather wasn’t ideal but it seemed nice. Some tree debris but that’s to be expected when trees are over the pool cage. Two things to note and maybe they wouldn’t they wouldn’t bother others but we probably wouldn’t book again. They don’t let you turn the air down past 72 degrees. Luckily it wasn’t too bad since the weather wasn’t hot but we usually wouldn’t be able to sleep at that temperature (I don’t remember that being mentioned in the listing). Secondly, there is a barn door on the primary suite bathroom which means no privacy. Some people wouldn’t mind but I’d prefer a real door that can be closed.

Great location, house was clean, yard was great for the dogs, pool needs to be refurbished but overall everything was great. Beds were on the soft side.Definitely bring toilet paper because there were almost empty rolls left. Had two small issues and management was really responsive and helpful.

The neighborhood has good curb appeal & felt it was a safe area. It’s a quiet street with no thru traffic. At this writing property is managed by a rental agency. The pictures of the house are accurate as with the cleaning & care to detail!! The reason for rating is the backyard where we spend a good amount of time. The pool photo doesn’t depict its current condition, which is in need of paint or resurfacing. Patio pavers could use attention also. Neither affects pool usage. Landscaping in back would make this rental fantastic! Shaded outdoor dining or air conditioning in porch would also add to its appeal. It’s advertised as pool isn’t heated. However, after initial dip, it was refreshing on a warm day & comfy on re-entry. No trees so perfect for the tan seekers.The kitchen is great, & with space to store your own items. We really appreciated the room darkening curtains in the bedrooms. Beds are comfy. In primary bath, the barn door is shy of the door frame, some wood trim may help or a wider door. There is also a bedroom door.The second bed/bath is set up for added privacy with an a pocket door if desired. Television is streaming with some free programming. Cable might be better for some. It took a while to load some programs. TVs are Bluetooth so the ability to add BT hearing aids or headsets is present if needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again if the backyard had improvements.

The home features a large driveway, 2-car garage, private fenced-in pool area, screened-in patio with lots of seating, and a propane BBQ grill. Guests have access to the entire house offering 2 bedrooms with smart TVs in each room, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa and 50" TV, dining room with a dining table, fully-equipped kitchen with a bar and a washer & dryer. Complimentary Pack'n'Play is available.

Dogs are allowed, a one time fee per pet of $100.00 is required.
