Welcome to the Mill House - Recently renovated and walking distance to The Whi-ski Inn and Betty's.
Our adorable 4 bedroom home is perfect for your Ski Weekend or Summer Getaway. The lower level bedroom offers a queen bed, and the upper level features 2 additional guest bedrooms. Don't forget the Bunk Room - the kiddos will love it!
Enjoy a quaint evening in our living room with Mountainside views. The couch converts into sleeper sofa to accommodate two additional guests. Our updated kitchen has everything you'll need; or, take a stroll to one or our local restaurants. Betty's, Mountainside Grille and The Whi-ski Inn are some of our favorite dining options in Boyne Falls.
Boyne Mountain offers an array of dining experiences, less than 2 miles away. Additionally, Downtown Boyne City is approximately 7 mile away with dining and shopping options.

To share a little more about the Boyne Mountain Resort: Boyne Mountain is a skier's paradise offering the best skiing and boarding in the lower peninsula. Boyne Mountain is known for an abundance of groomed runs, half-pipe, and tubing park, where experts and beginners are equally delighted as Boyne Mountain can accommodate your needs. Lessons and rentals are available for all ages at the main lodge. Tickets for Boyne Mountain and Boyne Highlands are interchangeable.
Not tired yet? Boyne Mountain also features the largest and best indoor water park in Michigan: Avalanche Bay. Whether you are searching to cool off or warm up, laugh and enjoy your vacation while you slide, splash, surf, or soak until you drop. Call Avalanche Bay for ticket pricing and for Daily Pool Pass information.
There is full dining at Everett's, Erickson's, Forty Acres Tavern, The Beachhouse at Deer Lake and the Apres Ski Pub. If you get hungry or thirsty on the slopes stop in at the Eagle’s Nest for a bite or just to warm up. Pizza and sandwiches are available in the Trophy Room or have it delivered directly to your condo. Relax with cocktails in Everett's Bar or enjoy the nightlife at the Snowflake Lounge, Trophy Room or the many other great restaurants in Boyne City, Petoskey or Charlevoix.
Not to be forgotten, Boyne also offers ten world-class golf courses, both on-site or within 30 minutes of your next amazing vacation getaway! At Boyne Mountain you can enjoy the Monument and the Alpine. At Boyne Highlands are the Donald Ross, Arthur Hills, the Moor and Heather courses. The Bay Harbor Golf Course offers the Links, Preserve, and Quarry. All courses are open to the public. A golf shop is on site at Boyne Mountain for all of your golfing needs.
Fall is spectacular in Northern Michigan. Come for a week or long weekend of color-changing foliage and breathtaking views. Mountain Bike or hike away the day!

Mackinac City is just an hour drive from the condominium where you can take in a day of shopping, dining, and sight-seeing. Drive across the Mackinac Bridge into the Upper Peninsula, or take a ferry over to the Historic Mackinac Island where you step back in time. Boyne mountain is located 5 1/2 hours from Chicago, and about four hours from Detroit.

We stayed here with our family for a ski weekend at Boyne. It was conveniently close to the resort and offered everything we needed to have a fun and relaxing weekend. I would recommend this stay for anyone looking to stay off resort.

January 2025 Ski weekend

We have never been to Boyne Mountain. Everything about this trip was amazing. The house the location. The skiing was very good for being in Michigan.

The house was a great fit for our group—comfortable and spacious. The kitchen utilized its space very well. The location was excellent, and check-in was smooth. Some of the bedrooms didn’t have a tv, wasn’t an issue for us, but might be for some guests. Beds were really comfortable. We did wish there had been seating around the fire pit, as we didn’t end up using it without that. The only minor inconvenience was access to the property during a local fair, which was beyond the owner’s control.

Perfect! We stayed for two nights and it was everything we needed and more. The decor is cute and adds to the comfort and coziness of the house. Conveniently located just 2 quick miles from Boyne Mountain. Plenty of parking for multiple cars, quiet neighborhood and the house has every thing you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds, plenty of space to relax after a long day on the slopes. Plus, the kitchen is well stocked with new appliances and all cooking your needs. The host was so kind and communication was great. Definitely recommend!

Every 11 of us that stayed but definitely more could have stayed with us as well. This house has tons of charm inside and out. Our older children played frisbee in the backyard had a bonfire every night and we enjoyed family coming over for appetizers before our dinner after the wedding. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the house for the weekend, because we had a wedding in Charlevoix on Saturday August 5th. We have never done this before and didn’t realize that there could be things to look out for. I had my 90 year old mother with me, and had I been informed of the festival outside our door, we wouldn’t have stayed here. We couldn’t use the garage and got pinned in our parking spot.
