This beautiful A-frame sits on 2 lots, has a quiet secluded setting, and is one block from Lake Charlevoix. It has 2 bedrooms downstairs and one bathroom, with a spiral staircase leading to a loft area with 4 additional twin beds.
Enjoy lounging on the large front deck and grilling on the backyard grill. It has a large front yard for outdoor activities away from the street. This rental is within walking distance of downtown Boyne City with Concerts in the Park, Friday Night's "Stroll the Streets", Weekend Festivals, Farmer's Market and great shopping and restaurants. It is also close to Avalanche Preserve Recreation Area where you can enjoy hiking, biking, and disc golf on the mountain.
There is plenty of space to have a boat and trailer with launching areas close by. Bring all of your water toys and gear to enjoy beautiful Lake Charlevoix and all of the surrounding lakes.
Boyne Mountain is 10 minutes away where you can enjoy golf, skiing and Avalanche Bay Water Park.

The house was great and perfect for our ski weekend. Close to the resort. The only problem we had was the driveway wasn’t plowed and became extremely icy. It was hard to come in and out and nearly had a couple of falls. I’donly suggest keeping the driveway plowed in the winter months. Otherwise it was a great place!

We enjoyed our stay. We struggled to controll the heat in the living space of the house it was either very hot or too cold. The house was basic clean with lots of extra resources in the kitchen, cooking, cleaning, pillows, blankets. It was a cozy private home. Easy intructions on check in and check out.
