UBER is simplest & very cheap - most anywhere for $5. Bus right out front leave about every 10 minutes during the day about 1 mile to shopping center La Comer & Starbucks and 1 more mile to town and local shopping. You have to cross the busy highway to catch the bus to Cabo San Lucas $2-3 to the port and shopping center. The Mykonos is at km 28.5km. La Comer km31. San Lucas km 5, Santa Maria beach km 12.

Beautiful property close to great surfing

This condo was adorable and cozy. They even provided beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. Internet worked great. Very close to great surfing and good beach restaurants. We never left the sand.

Great location, awesome pool!

The co do is beautiful and the access directly to the pool and garden is clutch for parents. We could walk straight out with coffee and sit in the sun while the kids swam at 8 in the morning.

Holiday Getaway

Loved our stay. This was our third stay at Mykanos, but first time at this listing. Everything was as advertised. The grounds were well maintained, and the listing had a lot of little amenities to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Communication was great. Peter met us when we arrived and was available to help if the need arose. Perfect stay for my wife and I.

Off Season Stay

We have been here numerous times in March and July, but this was our first September stay. It was very hot and very quiet. We love how quiet and safe Mykonos is. There are a number of restaurants within a 15 minute walk and Uber is super easy.

Beautiful location and property. The condo was perfectly appointed. The grounds were immaculate. It was a peaceful community on the sprawling beach in the midst of excellent restaurant's and gentle waves, gorgeous sunrises and helpful staff. We will be back!

Smooth check-in. Steps from the pool area directly off patio and to the wide expanse of beach! Witnessed amazing sunrises and sunsets! Very clean accommodations & well-stocked kitchen. Other tenants/guests were very friendly. Ease of using Uber for transportation was convenient.

Fun in the sun.

This was our first time renting a VRBO property. We were very pleased with every aspect of the condo that we rented. It was a beautiful property & had everything that we could want. It was very clean & well maintained. The location was great & we loved going to Mama Mia's for Happy Hour & good food. The grounds & ocean views were spectacular! It was easy & convenient to contact our hosts & property manager. We would definitely recommend it.

This property is beautiful and excellently managed. The owners have everything you need. Multiple plush beach towels, numerous bath towels, full kitchen and very comfortable bed. (My husband has back problems and slept like a baby!) It is a FIND! We will be back.

My wife and I celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary at this great Mykonos condo. It's a ground floor unit, which made it very easy to back and forth from the condo to the pool when we were lounging there. There is an adult only pool and a family pool as well as 2 hot tubs. The condo is tastefully decorated, has large screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, and has everything you need in the kitchen. Both the owner, Dennis, and Peter, the local property manager, were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay! If you're looking for a 1-bedroom condo in this row of condo building, stop looking! You just found it!

Nice place....close to the beach....pools are very nice....quiet and calm. On the downside...TV system was "a test" with several remotes needed to access... TV access in bedroom never did work. Bus system is available to go to the large market 3/4's of a mile away. {dollar fare each way}...Staff very congenial and helpful when needed. Friendly quiet place....

Very Relaxing

The accommodations were great! ... with the exception of the property's gym. The hurricane shutters were in place (not needed), so there was no airflow to cool the gym for even an early-morning workout--far too hot! Peter, the property manager was terrific, giving us all the local insights, etc. The resident-neighbors were welcoming and friendly. The property grounds were immaculate and well-maintained. We had a very relaxing, leisurely, and enjoyable stay. FYI, we did not rent a car...using Uber, only minutes away each time we had a request. We would definitely recommend a stay here!

Best sun and sand ever

We had 28 days of warm sun on one of the greatest beaches in the world. Thanks Dennis and Barb all worked out very well. The unit had all we needed as we made our own meals most nights. The fish truck would come by on Fridays and we would buy shrimp, grouper and scallops that made many meals for us. Close to restaurants if you wish to walk up the beach 10 minutes or so in both directions. Friendly people was a highlight as we made many friends. Golf courses are as good as any in the world but most over $200 a game. We did play 4 times and wow the scenery was incredible. We are making plans to come back next year. Unfortunately your condo is already booked for our dates. maybe another year. Great spot Thanks Again, Phil and Alice /Ontario Canada

Absolute Heaven!

We could not have asked for more on our trip to Cabo than we got from this condo. It was very clean, the ac was strong, the bed was so comfortable, the property was maintained perfectly, security was excellent and beach access was steps away. Peter and Dennis were so accommodating when our daughter got sick and we needed a little extra time before check out. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend renting this condo again. Thank you!

There are lots of reasons we chose the San Jose del Cabo side - and this site specifically. Away from the masses yet close to everything else. We get down there from our home town of Berkeley as often as we can and enjoy it as our favorite destination location.

Why they chose this property

Try any of the Mykonos Bay units and you will see why that was our choice. No other place so close to the beach. Walk to many restaurants. Surf or fish right there - but most sports activities are rented 100-200 yards down the beach - so area remains quiet.

What makes this property unique

Very close to airport which is great for coming and going. 18 and 9 hole golf course within 1 mile. Walk to anything - yet quiet.
