Ground Level, On The Beach In Front of 4 surf breaks


One bedroom, ground floor condo, on the beach, in front of 4 surf breaks. This beautiful condo sits on one of the most pristine beaches in Los Cabos with swimming, surf, and 7 miles of white sand beaches right out your front door. Surf locker with an 8ft soft top board and two boogie boards for your use. (only if the previous renter has not lost or broken them). Making it perfect for surfers and beach lovers alike. The condo is fully furnished with all appliances and utensils and a new washer and dryer(2020). We have remodeled the bathroom, and all of the plumbing at Las Olas has been upgraded. Oct 2020. Filtered water in kitchen sink for drinking. Have your morning coffee on a large patio after a morning surf session, or walk on the beach. If you are lucky enough to visit during a full moon - grab your "sundowner" and watch the ocean- Wow! There are 2 beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet as well as a Pack 'n play crib. Beach towels are also available.

Las Olas is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, and many activities! You can rent surfboards or get surf lessons on the beach right in front of the condo. The famous Surf Shop Costa Azul is right across the street. There is a restaurant a few steps down the beach as well as other restaurants that are walking distance across the street. A huge supermarket where you can get all of your groceries is only a 5-minute drive away. Historic downtown San Jose with all of its shops, restaurants, and bars is only a 10-minute drive away and Cabo San Lucas and all of its activities are only 17 miles away. The airport is a 20-minute drive away.

This is 2nd straight year we have stayed in this condo. My wife and 2 boys 9 & 11 love this place. We have stayed in many condos in Mexico & US including Hawaii. Wife and I discussed how we would always make 1 or 2 changes, not this place. We would not change a thing. Hot tubs, pool is 10 steps from the patio, beach 50 steps. Can bus to huge grocery store a mile away. Beach toys, full kitchen, fantastic view. Nothing bad to say.

Superb location for surfing and beach experience. Condo is equipped enough for eating in but there's a lot of tasty places to try in the cool arty sostrictyof San Jose. Loud location right on the main highway is a negative. Property manager excellent communication. San Jose del Cabo is our vibe vs. Cabo San Lucas town. Excellent fishing this week. Water temp nice, swells good.

Good place to stay

This is a perfect location and the condo is in decent shape. Management was responsive to having the air conditioner fixed. Things happen so it is important to have people in place for situations like this.

Las olas

As always when I stay at Las Olas it’s amazing.I get to realax when i’m not surfing. The pool , jacuzzi and ocean are all right there. Walking distance to zippers bar and grill.It does not get any more simple and easy than this. Sunrise and sunset never gets old. Charles and his team are amazing hosts for sure.

Perfect combination of privacy and access

Great spot in the complex for a couple, with all the necessities two people would need. The unit has direct ground level access to the pool area and the beach is just steps away. The grounds are well maintained, the pool and hot tubs are clean, and everything feels secure. Amazing spot to see the sunrise (no sunsets at this angle) and for watching whales (we were there mid-late Jan).

Awesome beachfront place. It was perfect for our family of 3- the little one could swim in the pool while one of the parents surfed out front! Place was clean and as described. Charles had great communication. Definitely recommend!

Cabo Vacation

Great location for relaxing, access to both San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, and swimming/surfing. Walk right out to the edge of the property or down to the beach to enjoy uninterrupted views of the sunrise over the ocean. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cooking ware needed to create and enjoy your own meals.

Come down here 1-2 times a year and this spot never gets old. Amazing grounds and scenery and you can't beat the sunrises and surf right out in front.

Wonderful!

We loved our time staying at Las Olas. The condos are perfectly situated on the beach, by many surf breaks and nice hotels. It was comfortable, clean, and cool in the condo, and we enjoyed all the amenities that the complex had to offer. Definitely will be back!

We had a great stay at los olas! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The security & property managers were great and very helpful. Easy to call ubers in to town and walk to rent boards across the street. Plus great waves the whole time. We can’t wait to come back

This property was perfect. Toys for beach, kitchen was great, location incredible, close proximity to groceries, everything was just great. I asked my wife, "of all the places we have stayed in the last 10 years tell me what is the downside to this condo?" Neither of us could name one. In fact, we liked it so much, we are considering purchasing our own condo!

Condo with a View

This was a great place to stay. We enjoyed the view, the grounds were immaculate. The only downfall is the noise from the highway which starts around 7 am and goes until about 11 pm. Throughout the night it's fairly quiet.

Perfect surf vacation

Right on the beach break, right by the showers and pool. Very convenient location, not having to get in the car for anything but groceries. Only drawback is that I'm a light sleeper and the road noise made me have to sleep on the living room sofa instead of the bedroom that backs up to the major thoroughfare.
