Large family home with outdoor kitchen, heated pool and hot tub. Quiet neighborhood across from a park, close to golfing, pickleball courts, mountain biking (Bear Claw Poppy and Virgin River bike paths nearby), hiking, restaurants and much more. The master suite is on the ground floor and has a walk-in shower and soaking tub in the bathroom, this bedroom has a king bed. Upstairs has four bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. There are king beds in two of the bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has two queen beds. Sleeps 12. The basement apartment is occupied.

Pool can be heated April - October and hot tub can be heated year round.

Great Family Time

Great home for summer family time. Home was beautiful and spacious. The backyard was amazing. Pool was great, we all spent a lot of family time hanging out in the pool. Lots of shade and seating in the backyard.

The house was very clean with everything you would need. I liked that it was away from the main town but close enough to everything. Our host was the best! Wanting us to have the best stay and have everything that we needed.

House was great, all of the things one would want inclusive of hot tub and pool were there... communication was good with owner throughout! Very good neighborhood... weekday early morning trucks coming and going on street near Master Bedroom a little concerning if one wanted to sleep past 7am. This may be a temporary thing and not year-round. Overall... very satisfied.

If you are visiting St George to have a great time this is the place! This home is close to many mountain bike trails, hiking, paddle ball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, state parks, shopping, golf courses and so much more. If you are coming here to relax this home offers a large backyard with pool, hot tub and outdoor BBQ and beautiful patio living space. There is a basketball hoop, tetherball and trampoline in the yard. If you want to heat the pool and/or hot tub a daily fee will be charged.
There is a park across the street with a full basketball court, volleyball, children's play equipment, large field and walking path.
