This beautiful 5 Bedroom / 5 Bathroom home can comfortably sleep 18 and up to 20 with the assistance of a sofa sleeper, perfect for the ultimate desert getaway! The master bedroom is downstairs and features a King bed, a Smart TV, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom also has a double-headed shower and two-sink vanity, leaving plenty of room to get ready for the day. Just off the entry, the second bedroom hosts a queen bed with direct access to a hall bathroom. Heading upstairs, you'll find 1 bedroom with a Two Full over Full Bunk beds and sofa sleeper, and another bedroom with a King bed and a double tier twin bunk bed with Smart TVs. The house, floor plan, amenities were all very good. We enjoyed the community including the walking trails and pickleball courts. The home could have used a deeper clean: chips and food came out of the cushions, some bathroom areas were not clean and the floor under the table needed to be mopped.

Great Place for families or golf trips

Had an excellent stay, very modern, lots of space, and great set up with a pool and hot tub out back. And was great to have so many ensuites in all but 1 room. Would stay here again for sure.

Great for Families

Great location, central to Zion as well as St. George. Great set up for families with multiples rooms, pool, hot tub, and the community pool. Will definitely recommend to others and would book again.

The home was very clean and well maintained. The spaces were tastefully decorated and super spacious. Each bedroom had an adjacent bathroom, which was wonderful for all our adult children.I was a little disappointed with the mattress in the master bedroom. It was super soft for my taste, and the plastic mattress protector made the sheets, slide right off the mattress and not very comfortable to sleep on. We thoroughly enjoyed the swim spa and hot tub. The check-in and out were simple and fast.

Golf trip

Very nice property, well located, the pool and terrace were very appreciated. However, some items were not very clean like the indoor and outdoor chair cushions, remote was missing for the garage door, but overall it was a great experience.

Great House for St. George Golf Trip

House was centrally located to all of the great St. George area golf courses, which was the main reason for our trip. Newer house with great amenities and very responsive host. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the Private Swim Spa was not operational for the duration of our stay despite the property management company sending someone to try and fix it.

Clean nice house, no complaints!

The house and property were great, just like the listing said. Pool and hot tub were a hit with kids and adults. Communication was great. Owners allowed early and late check in and out for no charge. Community pool was awesome!

Wonderful Experience

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was the perfect fit for all of our family. There was so much to do, especially for the kids. The communication with the rental property was top notch. We had a few little hiccups during our stay but they were on top of it and very helpful! Overall we are very pleased with everything. I highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting the area. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful Home for a getaway!!

Beautiful home for a getaway. We spent 6 days there and couldn't be more pleased. The swim spa in the backyard is a great add-on. The only problem I had was my wife telling me everyday that she wants me to buy that house. :)

The house was amazing. The space incredible. The area was full of unexpected dolenfir snd the hikes inspiring. The HOA pool area was overcrowded but the weather was cool so it didn't matter much. It was easy to get around as the access to Any areas of interest were easy to maneuver. Love to return

Wish the Weather would have cooperated!

Loved our stay at this house! Only wish the weather would have cooperated, as it rained the entire week! We had everything we needed at this house, minus golf balls and clubs for the little putting green in the backyard. Loved the hot tub and lap pool. Loved the extra ping pong table and basketball hoop in the garage. Lots of things for everyone of every age to do - and to keep us busy with all the rain. Would definitely stay again!

Immaculate House!

My wife and I stayed here mid-May. We absolutely loved this place, Red Sands was great to deal with, very responsive. The house is very large and spacious, but most importantly, one of the cleanest rental houses I've ever stayed in. The swim spa was great and easy to use. Beds were very comfortable. Appliances were in great shape, BBQ was very clean, and extra propane tank was greatly appreciated. The neighborhood was quiet at night, and the view from the backyard is stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the St. George area.

The property was fabulous. It is a new home in a newly built subdivision. This home had everything a family could ever want. The wifi was very fast and reliable. The house was so close to wonderful hikes and 50 min to Zion. Target, Wal Mart, grocery stores and all amenities are within 10-15 minutes. My family selfishly would like no one to stay in this home so that we can rent it again when we return.

Great vacation

Everything was neat and had been recently cleaned. The manager kept in contact via text. We would stay again. The only criticisms I have is that there was only a shower curtain liner in the upstairs bathroom. It was definitely functional but lacked aesthetic appeal. Also, the main sofa sectional downstairs needed to be cleaned. Other than that we were very happy with the place.

1433-Great Prop

This property easily and comfortably accommodated our group of 12 adult extended family members. There are plenty of shared/common and private spaces to enjoy. It never felt cramped or crowded. The amenities are also awesome, both in the home and in the surrounding neighborhood. There is never a shortage of things to do. Unfortunately, the hot tub and swim spa were not operational. We reported this to the management company who was very responsive and communicative but was ultimately not able to get them working during our stay. They were, however, quick to offer concessions and an invitation to use the property again in the future, which we'd be crazy not to accept.
