Plush fabrications, Pottery Barn 'Westin HEAVENLY Bed' and furniture, and ample lounging spaces indoors and outdoors atop the brand new paver-scape offer elements of comfort and coziness. Amazing location one block from pristine St. Augustine Beach, within the heart of the famous A Street beach area in the City of Refuge, this setting begs for lingering strolls on the beach, inspiring conversations, and savoring a bit of the island life.

Sip your morning coffee with your toes in the powder-like sand while you soak in the warmth of the brilliant sunrise and the joy of watching the dolphins play in the Atlantic Ocean. Walk one block for surf lessons and great surf gear at the Pit Stop Surf Shop, enjoy a positive cup of Joe at the Stir It Up walk up café, or relax at one of the great restaurants within walking distance. Grill out under string lights and savor good eats and great memories on the back porch, with storytelling by the fire pit. Ride a beach cruiser or walk to the Pier, Artisan/Farmer’s Market and Sprinkler Park, or local mini golf. Great location! You can walk pretty much everywhere. We walked to grab coffee in the AM, biked for donuts, and walked to several of the local restaurants. Home well equipped with all that you need. Very clean, great outdoor area with cozy fire pit for relaxing at night. Would 100% recommend!

Wonderful location that was close to the beach and a short drive to the Publix store for groceries and local restaurants. Slept 3 adults well, but no adult or anyone should use the top bunk because it is too close to the ceiling fan, which in our opinion was unsafe. Otherwise it had everything we needed and much more.

My husband and I have stayed in many vacation rentals over the last few years and this place was by far the best! The house is extremely well apppointed, had everything and anything you could possibly need. Tbe beds and couches were soooo comfortable, and tbe location was perfect. The backyard was perfect to enjoy a morning coffee and afternoon coctail. Trish was amazing at answering any question we had!

we have stayed in rental homes all over the world, and this is the best appointed home-away-from-home we have experienced. it is apparent than a lot of love went into appointing this home. Everything is very high-quality, and if you are the kind of person who loves to cook so much you bring a cooler and spice collection with you on vacation, you will find every imaginable kitchen appliance waiting for you. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. She told me that she is guided by a spirit of hospitality, and that makes perfect sense having stayed at her beautiful property. That spirit is apparent in every inch. I looked to see if we could come back in March, but the property is fully booked and with good reason. It is a lovely thing that someone has created at home that is truly a sanctuary and opened it to others. It just makes you feel good about the world.
