Welcome to your private St. Augustine abode. This inviting 750-sq. ft. cottage is comfortably designed for two adults but can easily accommodate four. Eclectically decorated, your home-away-from-home has everything needed for an enjoyable getaway- with historic downtown less than a mile away. Nestled back from the street on a fully fenced 1/3-acre lot, the secluded front deck and lushly landscaped yard provide additional living space.

With its artsy gray and black decor, the Jack-and-Jill bathroom is accessible from either the den or bedroom, ensuring complete privacy.

The private deck features a gas BBQ grill, a screened-in gazebo and table with 4 chairs – perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dining! The sizable lot features an expansive backyard with a variety of mature trees and native foliage.

The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved all the plants and the yard. Had coffee on the deck every beautiful morning. It was close enough to downtown St Augustine that we could go back and rest at anytime. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved this beautiful cottage. Close to town and 1 hour to Daytona down A1A. The garden is full of flowers, plants, and trees. The decorations inside and out are fun and colorful. A comfy bed, tvs in bedrooms & living room, screened porch, wifi, books, and all the other thoughful touches made us want to stay longer. Our lovely host was friendly and shared info on the house. We hope to stay there again. Highly recommend it!

My husband and I and our 2 1/2 year old son stayed at the bohemian bungalow for 4 nights in February. It was perfect and private. We loved the garden out front and the house was so cute. So many cute touches like all the live plants. The style was so fun too! Just a short drive to downtown st Augustine It was the perfect location. Kim and her husband were great. We had the pleasure of meeting them. They were so nice and accommodating. We will definitely be staying with them again if we go back!!
