So thankful for this spot! Our family came to Fayetteville to pay my mother to rest. Having a place where we could all stay under one roof was a blessing. So many memories made here. It was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and spacious enough for all members, young and not so young. Thank you for early check in so that we could make multiple airport runs! The host made this as easy and comforting as possible! Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space to spread out. The host, Hector, was very responsive with any questions or issues. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, including the creek. We had several children that spent time in/near it each day.

Fabulous family getaway

This was the perfect house/apartment for our family get together. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Wrap around porch and yard was awesome with plenty of seating for everyone, even saw fish in the creek and deer every day! Wish we would have stayed longer. Will definitely book again if we have a large group.

We stayed at this spacious house for two nights with a large group of 13 while in town for a baseball game. The layout is fantastic — two separate family rooms on either side of the kitchen created a large, connected space where everyone could hang out together while still having room to spread out. The home comfortably accommodated our group and even entertained a few extra guests without feeling crowded.The place was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to extra linens, which made the stay easy and stress-free. Communication with the host was smooth, and the location was convenient for game-day plans. Great option for large families or groups looking for a comfortable, roomy base.

Wonderful home

This home is beautiful! The rooms are large and they have easy access to a bathroom. Everything was very clean. My family was on vacation with some of our extended family and being able to stay in a house that accommodate everyone's needs was wonderful. Staying in the house allowed for more family time than we would've had if we stayed at a hotel. The check in and out process was very easy. Our whole family felt very comfortable staying here and we wish we could've stayed longer!

Great Place for a Family Get-together

We had a family weekend together at it was the perfect location. The house was clean and well-equipped. The yard and all of the great outside seating areas were wonderful for catching up. The floor plan is just huge, so the baby never was woken up by anyone's noise. We enjoyed the upper yard for Family Olympic Games and used the lower yard near the creek for professional photographs. The mattresses were all very comfortable and it was beautifully decorated. The only suggestion to make the property better would be to have more large bowls, 9x13 pans and cookie sheets for cooking. We had to get pretty creative with the few things we found. Would we come back to this property in the future? Definitely YES!!! I wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a great place to bring a group!

UARK Graduation

This house and apartment were perfect for a graduation weekend stay! We had 10 adults and it fit us perfect. It is about 10 minutes to campus. Beautiful yard and patio. Love the creek running along the side. Kitchen is nicely stocked. Beds are very comfortable and it was super clean. We had 5 cars and the driveway fit them all. Communication was great too. Zero complaints. I will say one thing for future guests. My mom is elderly and currently has a broken foot. All bedrooms are upstairs except one which does not have a bathroom. There is only a half bath downstairs. I would not otherwise care about that. But, keep it in mind if you have someone challenged using stairs in your party. Overall, it was fabulous!!
