We stayed here for a wedding and there is so much space. We had a group of 12 and there were plenty of beds. Everything you need is available at the property.

This house was great. Very comfortable and spread out. We had four families staying here, and the kids and adults all loved it. Sharon was great to work with and very responsive.

Perfect layout for our family!

This residence perfectly suited our extended family's needs during a wedding weekend. With separate areas for grandparents, parents, and kids, everyone had their own space. The property offered extensive indoor and outdoor recreational areas. The check-in process was efficient. We definitely intend to stay here again!

Wedding Weekend

We hosted our Texas family, ages 2 - 86, here for our daughter's Fayetteville wedding. Perfect. Large enough to spread out and there was something for everyone.

Way more than expected.

Large group of friends/family stayed at the best place in Fayetteville. Amazing home with so much for the value. Best communication with the host ever in my many rentals. I can’t wait to rebook this property.

Beautiful spacious home with relaxing outdoor space!

Enjoyed this beautiful home with our family of 8 adults and 8 children! The home is HUGE and is a perfect place to stay if you want room to spread out. It is newly updated with a large kitchen, bedrooms and a lovely basement with an awesome area to hang out playing games or watching the large screen TV. It’s even better in person than what the pictures reveal! Communication with the contact person was punctual and friendly! Will definitely stay again if returnIng to the area.

Thankful

My oldest daughter was due to have our first grand baby a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving. So instead of having them travel with an infant we decided to go to Fayetteville to enjoy our holiday. Since her house is to small for all of us and I really wanted us all under the same room I decided to start looking for a place that would fit all of my family and my sisters. This house was absolutely perfect! All adult children and spouses had their own room and bathroom. The playroom downstairs was a perfect area to keep the teens and younger children out of the kitchen while we cooked. We enjoyed a thanksgiving ping pong tournament and taking some family pics outside with the beautiful country scenery. Property management was absolutely amazing! Highly recommended this house for family and friends wanting to get to spend time together.

Clean and comfortable. We were in town with our baseball team with several families and teenage boys. Plenty of room for everyone.
