Jon and the studio were both excellent. The only confusing thing is that the unit is inside the Grand Lodge hotel, but this information is listed in the document Jon sends you before check in. Note that there is only one parking spot provided per unit, which is only an issue during the busy seasons. Extra vehicles can park in Grand Lodge overflow and not get ticketed during the off season.

Very nice condo on the 5th floor. Nice hottub shared by all units in the building. Excellent location, close to the Mt Crested Butte base and transportation center. Crested Butte is a great mountain town with a laid back non commercial feel. Highly recommend the condo and the town

Location was perfect for our needs. Used the pool every day as well as fitness center (small but fine for my needs). It was off season so no food at resort. Great convenience store and liquor store just across the street. Furnishings dated but kitchen well equipped. Transportation to town and Gunnison free and regular. Great touch.

This is a nice property. Not fancy, but good for the price. The bed was comfortable. There is a good fan in the closet that helped with the heat in the summer (we like it cold when we sleep). The hot tub is shared, but was not over crowded and was a pleasant temp. If you want to stream tv, then you will need to bring a device as the tv is not a smart tv (or we were too dumb to figure it out). This was not a problem for us, but just an FYI.

40th Birthday Getaway!

We had an amazing time at this property! The proximity to the free shuttle to town and base of Mt. Crested Butte was unbeatable! Seemed like a great deal for the price we paid in peak season.
