Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and separate water closet along with a king size sleep number bed. The first guest bedroom has two twin beds and second guest bedroom has a queen bed.. TV's in all bedrooms and living room. Great location on 200 wide deep water canal. Front of the home is across from the Key Colony golf course. Can accommodate a large (50 foot plus) boat with no problem. Private dock has 100 amp service for larger boats a cleaning station and bait freezer.. Vaca Cut provides easy access to the Gulf Of Mexico or Atlantic Ocean. Relax under the covered porch overlooking the causeway and extra wide canal. Updated unit is at ground level. Two Bicycles and two Kayaks on site for you to use if you desire. Cabana Club membership provides access to 65'X35' zero edge heated pool, private beach, and restaurant &snack bar. Walking distance to Key Colony Inn, Cabana Club, Havana Jack's, Sun Set Park and more.
