I loved the location and beautiful upgrades of this home! It was relaxing having coffee on the porch. The place is fully stocked with all of the necessities. Enjoyed the comforts of this home, especially the large bathtub upstairs! Hoping to come back again soon!

Thank you so much for the kind review! We really enjoyed hosting you and would be pleased to have you back anytime.
We really enjoyed our stay there. The house was very nice and comfortable. Our son is stationed at Whiting as a marine pilot in training. It was a short drive to his house and to the base. There were several places to eat in close proximity. We would choose this place again if we get the chance to visit him there.

Thank you so much for your kind review. We are pleased to know you enjoyed your stay with us and we would be happy to host you and your family again in the future.
We were there with our immediate family to see our son receive his wings from the Navy. Absolutely ideal for this purpose. It is conveniently located for base access. We walked to dinner at Blackwater Bistro (highly recommend) and a short jaunt to the bakery for treats. We walked along the river and into town. While our son is off to his next duty station, we would absolutely stay here again.
We were very surprised at how spacious this home is. It’s within walking distance of good food and fun places to see. We found The Butterfly museum and conservancy and a train museum very nearby. We would have liked to have had access to a binder in the home that lists the house rules/expectation of guests (for example: if trash needs to be put in the receptacle and placed at the curb. Where to put your used linens…) There was no clear indication of where to locate the WiFi password but we were able to ask the host on the website.
We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this property to others.
This is a great house, a renovated historic home with WAY more space inside than it looks from the outside. There is front parlor, a front living room with a gas fireplace that also goes to the formal dining room, two downstairs bedrooms, one with a full bath, a spacious kitchen with eating area, another full bath, and another living room area, and huge space with laundry facilities, a cute screened-in porch and a huge fenced-in backyard. The upstairs has been converted into a master suite with a king bed, living area and full bathroom with an awesome garden tub and shower. The upstairs master also opens onto a large second-story deck with fun string lights for a festive nighttime atmosphere. If that's not enough, you can walk down the street to the Blackwater Bistro that is cute, quiet and has a really good, varied menu, and the brewery restaurant next door (which I think is only open in the evenings). Easy to get to NAS Whiting Field if you are in town for a winging. Easy to get pretty much anywhere and not far from Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. Kristin was very responsive to any requests we had. We definitely stay here again if we come back.
