Very clean and well maintained property, the dock and other pieces of the property were damaged during a tropical storm and the owners had it all fixed within a day! Very quiet neighborhood which was lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was great and very convenient to everything we needed, which made getting around easy. The house was clean, and communication with the host was excellent. Anytime we had a question or an issue, the host responded right away and was very helpful.The price was also great for the location and accommodations. The home has some really cute features and plenty of charm. While it could use some updating in certain areas, overall we had a comfortable stay and appreciated how responsive and accommodating the host was.

We loved the house and had such a great time. It was so relaxing to be in an actual home and the view was beautiful. The home was extremely clean and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely recommend and stay there again with the opportunity.

5th year staying at this property!

This was our 5th year staying here and this was by far the best yet! Very peaceful and relaxing trip. Caught a few fish and had a wonderful time. Already looking forward to next year staying here!

This property was perfect for our family getaway to visit our family nearby. It is so relaxing and peaceful to be able to just sit and fish from the dock or sit onthe back porch. Super spacious great location

I have stayed at this property multiple times and it does not disappoint. It is very spacious and has a ton of amenities. Very convenience to Pensacola and Navarre Beaches. Lots of places to dine and shopping nearby. Love that it is pet friendly!!! Having an in-unit washer and dryer is a huge plus. Will definitely stay again.

This was definitely the perfect little slice of heaven. We really enjoyed our stay. It was just close enough to the city but also just far enough away to not feel rushed. So cool to be able to use the kayaks and a paddle board. Thankful for the little stairs that go down to where you put in. I would suggest being sure the grass is cut either before guests or after. It startled us to see them outside cutting. Also the boards on the porch right by the door feel very wobbly. We will save this location for any future trips this way! It was defiantly very home feeling. Be sure to bring your own spices. There are a few available but the slap yo mama was a bit hot. But we had some great laughs about that.

Hi Sean thank you for the kind response. Unfortunately we do not have control of the heavy rain we get here which happens almost daily at times. That affects with the landscaper comes. He does the neighbors and comes when he can between rains. Thank you for staying at this property.

Hi! My name is Krystal. I am a mother of 4 and RN for Hospice. My husband Jake is a Landscaper. Welcome to our little home in Milton Florida. Just outside of Pensacola. This is a quite community in the pines. Located two blocks from Escambia Bay on a waterfront canal to the bay. You can park your boat and fish off the dock in back. We love to travel all over the US. We have a large family of 6 and love to travel with other family members. The main reason we created a vacation rental was because we love staying in uniques spaces. Since we have a large family we love the idea of having a home (and the twin next door) that we can rent out to large families. It is more economic for multifamily members than a hotel. And you are able to cook meals (save money) and share space. Its more comfortable than a hotel and you have the unique experience of staying with family in one home enjoying the environment of new areas.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the property next door because of the safe, peaceful location. It's in the pine trees. It feels secluded yet just 2-4 miles away there are lots of stores and restaurants. Only a 25 minute drive to the beach over amazing bridges. And there is a boat dock out back that we catch crabs and fish off of. We also love to Kayak down the canal in the evening or morning. So when the owner of the unit next door (this house ) offered us the property we didn't hesitate. We made the next door unit a beach/fishing vibe. This unit we did a retro vibe with a coffee bar that we LOVE. We can fit our entire family of 6 easily. Save money and eat healthier by cooking food in our kitchen.

What makes this property unique

We had so much fun decorating this property. We love the retro look. I created a coffee bar because we love coffee houses and wanted a little fun space to enjoy a book or magazine while enjoying coffee, tea or wine!!
