About this property

The beautiful home is a secluded getaway offering a unique Texas style in a peaceful wooded setting in a breathtaking 70-acre natural bird sanctuary. This is the perfect getaway to escape the busy city life and relax in a tranquil setting. The ranch house was built in 1920! No Wifi / Tv. Home is located in Cranfills Gap and surrounding towns. There are wonderful antique shops, restaurants, vineyards, and even the Clifton Movie Theater!
The space
The 1920 home has 3 bedrooms and a (sink/toilet) inside along with luxury outdoor showers with hot water! All bedrooms have exterior entrances or are connected thru interior. You can rent each room separately for your stay. Bedroom 1 has a Queen sized bed. Bedroom 2 is 3 sets of twin bunkbeds (with trundles also for a total of 9 beds). Bedroom 3 is 4 twin beds. The total capacity is 15. The Ranch House was built in the 1920s. No Wifi/Tv.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to walk around the property surrounding the area. Please do not walk up the hill to the main house or into any of the barns/storage units on the property. While walking around, please be aware that you are out in nature and there are snakes, wild animals, and other things that could cause harm. Please use caution as the owners are not responsible for any injuries or accidents while during your stay. There is no TV or Wifi.

Family Reunion Gathering

We reserved this adorable farmhouse for guests coming to our family reunion in Cranfills Gap. It was beyond our expectations. The hosts provided a welcome basket full of snacks and goodies along with a smoked chicken salad for an additional cost. The house was immaculate with beautiful bed linens, clean bathroom, and even fresh wildflowers by the beds. My guests loved their stay and we will be reserving it again next year. Thank you Mickie and Larry for all you did to make this such a great memory.
