Hurricane damage

The condo was clean, staff friendly, and checking in was easy. However, I chose this listing for the indoor and outdoor pools, restaurant, arcade, and spa. All amenities are closed due to damage from the hurricane. This information is not disclosed when you rent this property. They notified me of the amenity closures 3 hours before check in so I couldn't cancel and get a refund.
