Very quaint!

This property serve its purpose for 2 adults that are on a short trip. It was clean and very quaint. quiet and safe neighborhood. Enjoyed my stay!

Very clean, great location

The unit was kept very clean with all necessary amenities (e.g. cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, etc) and it was close to the cool town of Ferndale. I am definitely intending to stay here again! Thank you very much to the informative hosts who made check-in and out very easy.

Clean. Easy check in. Responsive host. Everything you need is in the unit. Easy walk to great shops, restaurants and coffee. Quick drive to downtown Detroit.

Great host! Will stay again!

Made a blunder and reserved the wrong nights for my stay. Lucky for me, I had a host that was very kind and accommodating that adjusted my reservation. The place was clean and situated in a cool neighborhood that is walking distance to downtown Ferndale. I enjoyed my time here and thank you for the hospitality.

Very comfortable!

It was clean and comfortable!! Unfortunately the first night their our car’s drivers side mirror was smashed in the street! We could not park in the driveway because the upstairs occupant! We are sad and upset about that incident. Otherwise it was fine. Thanks

I found several bugs, the front door didn’t properly lock, and the freezer wouldn’t open all the way because the door jammed against the adjacent wall. The heat also barely heated up the place. I reached out to the host so many times, but she was next to impossible to reach. I originally booked for 17 days and left after 1.5. I’m now out a significant amount of money because the host is refusing to refund me.

It was late and dark when I arrived and had trouble unlocking the door. Your answering service walked me thru the process, and I was in! You have a little gem here in Ferndale, Mi. Clean, well stocked with the basics, and most importantly you provided coffee to brew! I grew up here in Ferndale, so the location was close enough to visit family AND have my own space. I highly recommend this sweet space & I would definitely return.
