It's located off of 9 mile in the heart of Downtown. This unit is part of a Duplex building. If you are traveling with friends, family or colleagues, reach out to us to request more information on how to book the upper unit so you can all stay together!

This home sits 2 blocks from two of the best restaurants in Ferndale: Voyager which is a trendy seafood restaurant and Mezcal which has the best tacos in town. Located on a quiet street off of 9 mile in downtown Ferndale. Easy walking access to the downtown area and all the greatest restaurants the city has to offer!

PARKING: The driveway is shared with the other unit within the duplex. Parking in drive is first come first serve. But free parking can be found on the street. The neighborhood is not very busy so can easily find parking in front of home!

This cozy space offers a 1 bedroom and 1 bath with a queen bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals. The unit has a unique open floor plan and has a 50 inch smart TV where you can access all your favorite streaming services. The bathroom has a modern, concrete, walk-in shower with detachable spray bar.

The backyard can be accessed through the patio off the backdoor of the unit. The yard has furniture and a fire pit for you to enjoy some downtime or hangout in the space with friends and family!

This is the lower unit in a duplex building. The upper unit may be rented out by other guests during your stay. At times it may be a little noisy so we provide complimentary ear buds to help you sleep through the night!

Made a blunder and reserved the wrong nights for my stay. Lucky for me, I had a host that was very kind and accommodating that adjusted my reservation. The place was clean and situated in a cool neighborhood that is walking distance to downtown Ferndale. I enjoyed my time here and thank you for the hospitality.

I found several bugs, the front door didn’t properly lock, and the freezer wouldn’t open all the way because the door jammed against the adjacent wall. The heat also barely heated up the place. I reached out to the host so many times, but she was next to impossible to reach. I originally booked for 17 days and left after 1.5. I’m now out a significant amount of money because the host is refusing to refund me.

It was clean and comfortable!! Unfortunately the first night their our car’s drivers side mirror was smashed in the street! We could not park in the driveway because the upstairs occupant! We are sad and upset about that incident. Otherwise it was fine. Thanks
