What a cute place in an even better location! Close enough to enjoy all that Ferndale has to offer, close enough to 8 to navigate the surrounding area, and just close enough to enjoy a night out in downtown Detroit. Great for families, pets, and children alike. Our host was most gracious and courteous during our stay. Couldn’t have asked better.

Michael was an excellent host. He was prompt in answering any questions that we had. The house was nice, and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was in a safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We love that the pets were welcome, and appreciated the fenced in yard. We enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning.

We had a great stay at this VRBO. The house was very cozy, and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. There was also plenty of space in the backyard, perfect for a small gathering. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and they went above and beyond by assisting me in recovering an item I accidentally left behind, with no issues at all. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

We traveled to Detroit to visit our daughter and felt like we were at home for our entire visit. The property is clean and we'll appointed with everything you need to be comfy and cozy. We arrived at the house and we're in and resting before the car engine cooled off. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is convenient to the Ferndale/Detroit area . We went north and downtown and east from the location and had a great time. The theater couch and chair were very comfortable and we were listening to entertainment with Alexa all over the house. We always appreciate a clean kitchen and HVAC that works well. Thanks again, we'll certainly be back again when it's time for our next visit!Carroll and Michele Janisch

This space was impeccably clean in a gorgeous little neighborhood that I felt completely safe and alone. Michael was beyond accommodating and check in and out was easy. I couldn't recommend this place more. I definitely would stay here again!!It was simply a lovely space to spend a few days in.

We had a wonderful stay at Mike's place. The house was spotless, and the thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The site mentions “Cinema Reclining Couches” but it is cooler in person. There was not much to discuss with Mike because the check-in was smooth and stress-free. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The house is conveniently located near the Ferndale project coffee and brewhouse which is great for a morning coffee or later drink. The bed was super cozy, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook meals. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels and Keurig coffee cups waiting for me. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and well-managed place to stay. We stay in Ferndale often, this was one of the best places we have stayed, if not the best. Thank you for making my trip so memorable! A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended!
